@@bradshawsworkshop7735 No problem, I've been looking for a video tutorial on doing this job for ages and have never managed to find one, this is perfect! Any tricks to installing the camshaft pulley as the workshop manual is a little confusing?

@@Matray2 Hey. Sorry to keep you waiting for a reply.
When tightening the camshaft pulley, I use a U shaped tool with two prongs and a handle. It sits nicely in the gaps off the pulley. You can also try a spanner on the camshaft, there's a square/hex part St the front of the exhaust cam - however, it's not the best idea to put so much torque through thee camshaft as there's a potential to crack it.

You should be able to find very easily on Google, the data sheet containing all the Torque and angle tightening information too. Best of luck.

Those cylinders are quite big, it is hard to belive that 2 liter 4 cylinder motors have the same volume as this engine.

You're lucky that that is200 is finished. I've taken most things off the engine and and need to take of all the belts. My radiator cap broke resulting in coolant to leak everywhere and head gasket gone

Can you show the timing belt installation and the corresponding marks on both pulleys?
Doing one here in PNG 🇵🇬 and your help will be much appreciated.

I would greatly greatly appreciate if you would give me some part number for the whole kit gasket to replace on the motor like literally everything or maybe you can point me to the right store where I can get it

I'll be doing a catch-up on the Peugeot 305 im restoring, that's taking shape nicely between everything else.
