I watched all your videos on the King Quad. Mine is a 2022 Suzuki King Quad 750 ATI with only. 375 miles on it. I bought it brand new and for the first year +, didn't have a good place to ride Now I have a place with over 453 miles of trails. It is stock and no modifications at all. From a dead stop or very slow rolling it has a tendency to bog down. Doesn't even try to lift the front-end off the ground. If I'm going a tad faster and hit it. Small bog and brake the back tires loose. I'm not a person to pound my machine. But when I hit the throttle, I want response. Not bogging down.
Dealer want mega bucks to check them out. I don't have the computer program to plug in and get info. I use non-ethanal fuel all the time.
    Suggestions???
    Thank you,
    Jeffrey

I wish mine worked like that, I bought the ad sheave and anything after 40kph it falls flat on it's face. I went back to the stock sheave and 18 gram rollers and now I have a $300 paper weight.

      Did you message him

I did about the rollers when I first got it, he suggested I try the 18 gram first and if it revved too high go back to the stock rollers. With the 18 gram rollers and his sheave it hit hard up until about 40, rolling along woods roads I had no pull and would climb in the single digits past 80kph. That wasn't for me so I went back to the stock rollers with the ad sheave, linear pull and throttle response wasn't there. So I pulled it all apart again and put my stock sheave with the 18 gram rollers in, which I was more than happy with before.

what size your tire man ? if I understand correctly you have only the sheave and 16 gram roller and all the powerband is better in acceleration and keep the top speed in

Man you just cost me some money. It’ll be worth it to get rid of that shim. 16 gram rollers are the way to go. Thanks.
