After watching your first ride video, I decided I wanted one!. Just before I clicked to confirm my order, I thought I'd better price up the insurance. Good job I did as they wanted over £700!!!. Considering I only pay £340 for my electric car, I thought this was extortionate and didn't continue with my order.
@@scottdunkley806 every comparison website allows you to select the manufacturer and model, or you can use the reg from any currently for sale. I don’t get your logic, you checked one insurer and didn’t buy the bike because it came up pricey? If I did that every time I bought a car or bike, I’d never buy one. It pays to shop around.
Certainly looks like a nice bike! All I'd be wary of is the electric battery in case it goes in to thermal runaway as not even the fire brigade can put one of those out until the temperature drops below 1000 degrees C! So don't park it too close to your house or car! 👍
That rear caliper is the exact same as a front Piaggio zip 50cc or a rear gilera runner 125cc 🫡 best brakes to have on anything, ten mins to service and swap pads over
If you could, can you try and see if one fits because I am looking to see in buying this type of bike and wondering if I will need any additional storage add on
It is a nice bike for the price, and maybe in the future you may be able to get a better battery for it for better range. As a moped its good, as a low powered motorcycle it is ok may get better in time. It may be a bike worth buying as a future project, or perhaps with two batteries. I saw on another video that when you unlock it you can expect around 20 miles range which if true is pretty bad. Also the other video stated around 45 mph unlocked. I suppose a lot depends on the weight of the rider amongst other things.

@@baconbuttties went through bikesure as that one was the only one that would give me a quote without having a reg number.

But petrol and diesel cars catch fire quite a lot so should they not park their cars close to their house either?
Yeah rare chance it happening on something that is safety approved to be on uk market

Can you fit a motorbike helmet in the tank storage?
I'm not sure, it is quite big.

20 miles range would be if you was really giving some. My testing is around 30 miles plus but goes much higher in eco mode
How much to replace the battery? Ta
