Charizard is OP as it comes. I had switched out Moltres from the get go but I think I’ll have to go pick up a Rotom as it seems to be a good card for other decks too.
A little change i made for this deck that helped me win more games, is to trade a Counter Catcher with a Switch. It even costed me less credits, it helped me immensely against the whole benched/active shenanigans. Although the overall retreat costs in the deck are cheap, counter catcher requisite to only be used if you're losing makes it hard to use, as opposed to prime catcher.
Adding 2 Cancelling Cologne in this deck is really useful. It allows you to cancel abilities such as Safeguard and Cornerstone stance (Ex and V cards can't harm it and (Pokémon with ability's can't hurt the card) and initzation (cards with rule boxes ability's have no effect. It really saves match ups against such Pokémon as all your damage has ability's beside radiant Charizard, which can't even touch cornerstone Stance, as well easily bricking you if your forced to play it turn 1 and the high energy cost unless you're losing making a inconsistent counter. So, I replaced Radiant Charizard and one chameleon with cancelling cologne. The Cologne nullification is just really useful in this deck even in match ups without these ability's above, as every deck has a card with some ability you could cancel to make your life easier.
Day two of playing TCG Live with my modified Arcanine EX deck, and I'm already in the Master League! But man, I think I need an upgrade because I'm losing way too often now, lol.
Holy, went up against a mirror match just now and this deck literally saved me, the startere deck they give you would not have been able to beat that guy. This deck is a little busted.
Just copied your bibarel deck and noticed you have a counter catcher in there making it 61 cards.. the counter catcher seems the one off since you’re not using any other lost zone cards.. just a note thanks for the post
Hello im new to the game but not in pokemon. I watch the anime but first time playing and learning how to play. Question, which is better choice for new player. The pidgeot or bbarel deck? Thanks
I've been trying to play this deck on tcg Live after playing Goldengho and it makes absolutely no sense to me. It feel impossible to get any tempo going, and I just get destroyed instantly.
If energy's in the Prizes you blame PTCGL for prizing them (you just have to use whatever energy's in the deck wisely, making sure Charizard either survives when you attach it, or you can shuffle it back in with Super Rod if it gets KO'd).
It sounds like this video is made while arguing with other people about which deck is best for new players while being kinda condescending to new players. Not a guide for new players as this is probably meant to be.
Just started playing today and was looking to upgrade the Charizard deck. This video is a blessing thank you!
i don’t need this content but i can imagine how helpful it is for newer players !!! you’re the goat
My toes were dry and I'm out of lotion but after I watched the video, my toes became so moist and soft

What ones is the best you to build

Basic tier 0 doesn't give credits anymore. Premium gives 1250
What if you get super unlucky and have energy taken for your prize pool ??
I have a question I have it but I can’t play with it just starters and idk how to play with it have it in my deck can you help me
Is 1 rotom enough? Most decks from tournament play has 2. I don't quite get why they use so much rotoms
Prizing. Rotom's so important to the early game that you'd run 2 to avoid any prizing issues. I only went with 1 to help new players build it quicker.
what if energy cards are in the prize card pool i am new i don't know

Thanks feet dude
Quick question, do code cards expire?
No. Codes from as far back as Black & White still work in PTCGL.
@@TrustYourPilotTCG alright thx
@@TrustYourPilotTCG does it matter if the codes are for ptgco instead of ptgcl?
sweeeet
wait so do we lose the deck after March 2025
Once you claim a deck, it's in your collection forever. It just won't be offered to new players after that point.
You Go Man
Check your Bbarel trainer list. I count 35
Fixed it. Thanks!
This card is why I deleted the game
Good. Now move on.
