@@MakeologyTV No the OP, Is correct. The limit is about zero. This stuff IS killing the world. And the marketing is ludicrously BS. As per usual. "Golden Secret" etc. A lot of the words in this narrative are laughably false and no doubt sponsored by the makers themselves. For enlightenment: just Google IBS and seed oils, or inflammation etc. Check out Dr Berg on TH-cam too. "Vegetable Oil" sounds healthy! There are no vegetables here! This is a refined oil high in Omega 6 and it is not healthy for you. Rather use Avocado oil for cooking and Olive Oil in salads.
