I was so excited to see you do a review on The Amish Country Motel. I stayed there twice in the late 70s and once in the 80s. Glad to see it is still open after all these years. I've been watching your videos about the PA Dutch area, and it makes me want to go back. You both are such a great couple, hope to see more.

We stayed at this Motel once and it was very nice but for years we’ve been staying at the Bird in Hand Family Inn in one of the front rooms. The Inn has so much to offer! Every morning we walk around the pond that has fish and ducks and it’s next to the petting zoo. In the evening we sit on the front lawn and watch the fire flies and the buggies go by. Every morning we wake up to the clippity clip of the buggies. We take the free tour every year and always learn something new! They also have an indoor and outdoor pool. My other suggestion is Yoders for dinner - it’s so good and less crowded. Ask for their hand dipped ice cream with your dessert - it’s excellent!
We will stay in that Hotel eventually. It has so much to offer. We looked at staying there last time but picked this one because it was alot cheaper and people asked us to do it. 😎😎

I've stayed here a few times and always found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. We seemed to almost always get room 118. Highly recommend it if in Lancaster County.
That was a wonderful and enjoyable video to watch tonight. It’s so beautiful and peaceful out there, and the motel was perfect for that area. My husband loved John’s Sun Studio shirt, he noticed it right away. Have a great weekend John and Bobbie! 🕶🕶

Bird In Hand is a great part of the neighborhood! My father owned the Soudersburg Motel (RIGHT across from Diirner Buffet) I grew up alone Rt. 30...a great area!
Looks like a comfortable place to stay, I think I stayed there for an overnight back when my daughter was in high school and we had to go to a marching band competition out that way and we decided to stay a night in Amish Country. It sure looks familiar and gosh I would love to go for a visit again. Thanks for taking us along.

Great views of the farms never stayed Amish county hotel looks very nice. Stayed at all the others ones they owned Bird in the hand was my favorite I like the pools there. But I live in the Amish county now and love so it I don’t stay in the hotels any more. I do go over to bird in the hand a lot I like to walk around kitchen kettle village love it at Christmas time.I glad you enjoyed your trip😊

Hey there John and Bobby hope you're having a good day you know you never go wrong with staying in Amish country I highly respect those people and matter fact I'm making a trip this weekend to Guthrie Kentucky to see my Amish community and buy some stuff from them go up there about once a month or sometimes twice a month and the hotel was just average but it was very clean I really like it till next video take care

I've stayed here a few times and always found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. We seemed to almost always get room 118. Highly recommend it if in Lancaster County.
