This prefab house also has several different options and is built to state code as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Franklin Homes. The model for this home is the "Cedar Lake!" Funny I love the teal cabinets and the island attached, different strokes. I truly believe this is my favorite home ever. Love this!
I really like this home. The best parts are that you can’t see the kitchen from the front door and that master bath is fantastic.
This layout I actually like. All the windows let us see out in the yard so we can check on dogs and kids.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins, back splash in the kitchen area, island, tile shower in the master bathroom, shelves above the tub, and the tub itself.❤❤❤❤❤
Now I can see where the front entrance looks like a sitting area, that looks cute and the massive bedroom looks nice
OMG its my Dream Shower. I have Physical Problems & Chronic Pain. Im not there yet. But some day in the future i will need a Wheelchair. And this Shower is Perfect.

Those pocket doors are a pain in the keester when you get older. It's hard to pull them shut. Those aren't pocket doors though, they are barn doors.
Fabulous home with a unique layout! Very unusual for the kitchen and living room to be at the back of the house. The ceiling beams, wall unit and green cabinets are so pretty! 😍Huge master closet, all those shelves would be useful, and I love the pocket door. That bathroom is something, laid out very nicely with the tub in the middle. I've never seen a shower like that, 4 people can shower at once! 😮 Only thing missing is a pantry and hall closet.

Beautiful home, like all the colors, and it's very spacious! The master shower is killer, but I think I'd feel like I'm back in High School Gym class, YUK! The floorplan is rather strange, you enter in the front door and walk down a hallway to get to the kitchen, just different I guess. My favorite feature are the earrings on the dining room table.

This is the weirdest but prettiest modular home I’ve ever seen. If that makes any sense?! I dislike the floor plan, shower, & living room placement. But, the finishings are beautiful! Thanks Chance!
My absolute favorite color. It’s a Mediterranean green, a lot of people call it Sage or seafoam.

Finally some actual COLOR in the kitchen cabinets & tiles! And it carries to the baths as well. Nothing wrong with this functional house, except I sure wouldn't want to clean that much tile wall in those huge showers. Everyone has their druthers. 😅

I really like this one. Other than color options, the only thing I’d change would be to get rid of the linen closet in mar, and put in a wider vanity.

Hey I thought your joke about someone leaving their earrings on the table was hilarious cause I was trying to figure out exactly what it was. Earrings sounds good to me 😂. I only have one thing about this house but other than that it would be so great to live in. There is NO pantry in the kitchen. That master shower kind of makes up for it but when will you need a shower for four people at the same time? The price wasn’t bad either. I figured it would be more. About four years ago I would have been shocked at the price.

This truly is a great floor plan Chance!!! I like how there is a closet in the foyer, and the living room is not open to the kitchen, but the family room and the dining room is open to it. The rooms are all a good size, and they are in good placements. I only wish the closet was outside of the master bedroom. Love the color of the cabinets too. I’d be happy living in this home~Good job🥳

I would remove the soaker tub from the primary suite bathroom and add another washer and dryer. This floor plan lends itself to working from home, and having an office in house. Love it.

Chance you filmed a very similar home within the last couple years. I like it but I wish the island was rectangular all the way. I’m a chef and I’d love that kitchen if it was that way, the only thing missing is a walk in pantry.
I showered in a shower like that twice, and somehow water splashed out on the floor. I prefer that one-piece fiberglass shwr/tub.
Green shade is called Taupe Green I believe.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this house, want want want want the only thing I would change is some of the counters. WOW!

What can I say! ❤❤❤ this place has some serious wow factor!! I absolutely love the colors. Very beach-y!!! I'd prefer the kitchen cupboards all the same tho, but that's minor. I really liked the hallway, very nice bedrooms.... Very unique colors in the bathrooms. That master bathroom....I still don't know why there are 4 showers in there, but if I was feeling energetic in the morning I think it would be fun to turn them all on and just run around in there lol... Why not?? 😂.

It's nice to see this Beautiful Home Doesn't have them CHEAP looking Wire Racks Throughout. That's a Big Plus but To bad they didn't put the "Poopers" in their own rooms with a small window.
Nice to see a pleasant color on the cabinets! Tell em to keep goin in that direction, Chance, and eventually they'll have these houses looking fabulous. Fabulous with beautiful colors, and color schemes. For a lo g time now these houses have been lookin as sterile as hospitals. Too industrial. Initially a customer will be enamored w how new, n fresh n clean it all is. But after a few months the drabness gets old. Time to liven it up!😊

I really liked this floor plan overall except for that master shower is a bit much.
The fireplace brick needs to be a different color, and it needs a gorgeous stained-wood mantel. The mantel must be deep enough to set Christmas ornies on and hang stockins.
Normally I love Franklin Homes but.... This home would be perfect if you took out that living room door and made it a family room, and took out the attached seating part of the bar and made it where you could sit at the bar. Then it would just be a long home. Then I would buy.

I'd rather go in through the laundry room.. but it'd be more convenient to go in thru whatever door is closest to the kitchen. Cuzz then you're carrying in many bags of groceries.

I don't care for the entry. Would prefer a coat closet/mud room. Love the color of the cabinets. I also prefer a gas fireplace. It provides much more than ambiounce I also dislike barn doors but see how they are space savers
Also to me the den area is wasted space & extra cost. Would prefer the cost to go into a larger laundry room. It would be nice to have the additional area for a freezer. Last but not least the shower is ridiculous. Who needs that large footprint just to shower. Love no carpet at all. You asked for comments😊

Sure is a tiny dining room for such a massive house? 😂😂 That extra living room next to the kitchen would end up as my dining room. And that master shower is just ridiculous. Who needs 4 shower heads in a massive shower big enough for 6 people. Is the entire household taking showers together or something? That space should be better used in other areas of the house like a pantry for the food you’re going to need for all the people it will take to fill that place. It’s a nice place for a 4 bedroom though. I did expect a 3rd bathroom. All in all, the price is pretty reasonable for how much house you’re getting.
