Sister reply them during week days Monday to Friday except Saturday and sunday. Never majl them on weekends as ita holiday for them. Don't think about am or pm. Once they have time they will reply. Mail them once, and remind them exactly after 7 days if you don't get reply. You will definitely get response. Polish you mail by taking help from chatgpt. Hope it will work out for you. Gudluck
