My bff owns a pho/Vietnamese restaurant and she says one of the most underrated things we all had in our pantries at some point in our lives is the seasoning packets from the top ramen. Now instead of seasoning with garlic salt and other seasoning salts I add chicken bouillon to everything! UMAMI PUNCH TO THE TASTE BUDS!
