I didn't think anything could be more pathetic than Filmation's various, animated take-offs on live-action shows: Gilligan's Island, the Brady Bunch---hell, even the Secret Lives of Waldo Kitty was a strain. (And yes, Gilligan's Island and Brady Bunch were pathetic all their own---no animated versions were really needed.) But taking classic, Terrytoons characters like Mighty Mouse and Heckle and Jeckle was a new low...even for Filmation.
Have you seen the "Tom and Jerry Comedy Show" which is based off the theatrical Tom and Jerry shorts and aired adter the 1975 version of "The Tom and Jerry Show?" *YOU AIN'T SEEN ANYTHING YET!*

Despite "Fat Alber and the Cosby Kids" being my favorite show, i'm sorry, and in all honesty that Filmation has got to be one of the worst if not, *THE WORST* animation studio of all time! I know they are famous for He-Man and Sheera (because it's from the 1980's so clearly I don;t care if it's from the '80s or not), but I would think people have overlooked on Filmation's animation.
@@dontastodgh1067 To be fair, they did get better later, Flash Gordon had some good animation, that Pinnochio movie they made had some dark scenes that were done effectively, and their final work, Bravestarr, was excellent.
I used the table for the Quacula episodes (which is on Wikipedia and contains the episodes' airdates) to find out the Heckle and Jeckle episodes' airdates.
What's with the homonym segments? They're like PSAs, only it's always the same announcement, just with different words. Or is it the only way they could say "homo" on TV, and they're trying to tell us that Heckle & Jeckle are gay? Because that's the least kept secret since Mac and Tosh (The Goofy Gophers).

Frank Welker's a talented voice actor, but his female voice starting at 55:39 really sucks. Phlegmation was even cheaper than Hanna-Barbera and Ruby-Spears...
