Sooo, here it is - a video I myself wanted to see before becoming a full-time international student at an Italian university. I'm taking you through my experience of doing Bachelors/Laurea Triennale and Masters/Laurea Magistrale degrees at the University of Bologna, and we'll talk about student life, studying, exams, curriculum, housing, prices, graduation and much much more in this video! As a current Postgraduate student of Information, Cultures and Media Organisation (INCOM) and an ex-undergraduate student of Drama, Arts and Music Studies (DAMS) at Unibo, I want to share my knowledge of living your best life in-between classes, workshops, and internships, all while having fun as an international student in Italy!

Finding a house in Bologna at the moment is impossible at the moment. I have to reapply for my course and try and find another place next year

Thank you! I'd say no, it won't be a big deal at all, as most people speak English in Bologna :) You can find both international and local friends (they'll be happy to practice English with you). I just want to ask if you attended an Italian learning course first before applying for universities or you just proceed to your bachelor's/master's without Italian course study? Which language does the university use as a first language in teaching?
Do I need to take Italian lang course to study in Italy? To which level should I achieve?
The main language is Italian (obviously :D), and you need to have obtained at least a B1 level of it if you're taking an Italian-language course. I have more on that on my Patreon, if you want to check it out!

They charge you for foreign transactions, but as far as I'm concerned it's 3 euros

Most universities don't have January intake, but it depends - some private schools do accept students from January

Depends on so many factors, like your overall preparation and what program are you applying for! I wouldn't say it's difficult though to be honest
I got accepted for the masters in Data Science in Uni Bologna. Can you tell me if it's a good program? Also how are the job prospects for an international student?

It depends on your program, you can choose either an English-language program or an Italian-language program, and in case you need extra Italian classes the university provides them for free

@@evermoreess master in civil engineering i was selected without exam but some courses need entrance exam and i did applied for scholarship but getting the visa is difficult than scholarship

Yes you can apply for need based scholarship
If you want merit based scholarship you should score 320 in GRE
