    With markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly-which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $125k bond/stock portfolio

      Infarct, ever since Coronavirus, I've been in regular communication with financial examiners. Nowadays, buying moving stocks is quite easy; the trick is knowing when to buy and when to sell. The section and leave orders for my portfolio are made by my counsel. accumulated more than $550,000 from a $150,000 savings that was initially stale.

    I'm in complete awe at how I went from living an average life to making over 63k per month. It's amazing. The financial markets are full with opportunities, but I've learned a lot over the past few years to doubt that. The key is knowing where to focus. Well appreciated, Rodger Michael Karl.

      With Sir Rodger Michael Karl, I've profited greatly from my investment. The quantity of money you invest, though, ultimately determines everything. With a substantial start-up budget, you could be able to earn more money.

    • @CharlesBWillz
      @CharlesBWillz ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree. Based on personal experience working with Rodger Michael Karl, I currently have $385k in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in stocks, but you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.

      As a trader, I have been able to understand that there are two sides when it comes to choosing sides, though i am not kicking against hodlin, but i see it as an old and odd strategy to make profit of the market as when the market goes bearish investors/traders loses their investment which is always painful, when you can take advantage of the market by involving in day trading or copying trade alert from a professional trader that do get tips & understand the market and use strategy to generate signals daily to make profit to grow your portfolio as i have been doing with francishunt for the past 3 weeks and I have been able to day trade to grow my initial 3.2 btc to 12 btc which you will rethink and see that trading is more better/profitable. Francishunt is very accurate and always yields a great positive return on investment. He can be reached on TELEGRAM (francishunt) to join his program.

  • @jacobmortensen9260
    @jacobmortensen9260 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    I'm wondering if I should take your FMVA certification, but the lesson for DCF in this video concerns me. How can you argue that a companys cashflow will grow 10% each year in perpetuity? For the economy only 2-3% growth is expected. Doesn't that mean, that at some point in time the company will be larger than the whole economy? So a realistic approach would be a growth rate in perpetuity of 2% or a longer forecast period before going into perpetuity?

    • @CFI_Official
      @CFI_Official  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Please note that at 35:12, the 10% rate used in the DCF formula represents the discount rate (typically a company's weighted average cost of capital (WACC)) or the required rate of return by the investors of the business. By discounting the cash flows we can calculate the present value of the cash flows, which is the current value of those future cash flows given that the investors require a 10% return by investing in the business. This rate is different from the growth rate, which is used to calculate the terminal value of $300. To value the business into perpetuity, we can calculate the terminal value using the formula: TV = (FCFn x (1 + g)) / (WACC - g). The growth rate (g) is the rate which the FCF is expected to grow indefinitely, and is typically expected to be around the same rate the economy grows at.

    I like the course overall but I'd appreciate less jargon, or an explanation of that jargon. For example, it was assumed that I would know what an IPO was and what 'flotation' means. It took me out of the course to have to google several things to understand what it was referring to.
