Yep for competitions people try to memorize the steps so they can face the audience. You won’t always hit everything but all you need to do is pass the song 👍🏻
I memorized just the chart itself and didn't have a dance planned since I'm not good at choreography. Hence why it's pretty messy haha. Also first time nervousness didn't help!
Would be more impressive if he wasn't trying to squeeze in a freestlye with this song. Way better if it the thing was seemless, it just looks like he is putting more effort trying to combine dance routine with the pads.
