Rinkesh, we can take many signals through microcontroller cards than through CT. In VFD one critical card cost around 1.5lakh.. We need many switching in VFD which will take care by the cards.

Habib, jo shock relay hote hai unme setting hume CT ratio ke hisab se hi karni padti hai. Relay ki range 1-2-3-4 aise rehti hai. Current 70A, 85A aise chalta hai.

Iyyappa, relay setting is based upon the full load current. If we use one run of 240A or two runs for 120A each, total current is same.
