Feel like this is one of the few mega mansions that doesnt deserve that much hate. This place is very nice and still feels somewhat like a home.

Got to say this one is actually amazing. only bad parts is that the wood does look very plastic and I didn't like that main bedroom with a fake wall that goes directly to the copper tub with big ass window next to the balcony
Yea. I occasionally live in a small authentic log cabin and the wood in this mansion looks hella sus. If the wood is real, there is no reason to cover it with whatever they did here.

i love houses like this, i can’t hate on it at all tbh. it’s cute and cozy
but the price is too high,you can have the same exact house in same exact beautiful location for less than a million anywhere on this earth except NA/west.

It's good compared to the other typical mansion shitshows that we're used to seeing. The only problem is that the interior gives off commercial/hotel lobby vibes, which is unfortunate because clearly a lot of thought and care was taken in designing this.
Please recognize a lot of the price is it's ability to be off the grid and not pay for bills clowns

Honestly this is an actual good looking house. Apart from a few tacky things, I think it looks really nice. The one real complaint I have about it is whatever the fuck they did with the wood logs to make them look like literal shit plastic, I think that was deathly ugly.
It's normal to seal the wood to make the house waterproof but they don't usually paint the logs like they do for this house. I think the combination of both the paint and the glossy look of the sealant makes it look like plastic here

People that say it’s overpriced are the people that don’t live here. It’s not overpriced at all. A acre here in utah costs an average of 300k. And the average cost per sq ft in Utah is around 200-300 for an average home. Now imagine that being doubled that on this house because it uses more expensive materials. And the other stuff it has. Utah isn’t a cheap place anymore.
Does that make it any less overpriced?

@@charlesm.2604 Based on the description provided by Enes, the house appears to be both connected to the mains, as well as haivng the ability to produce solar energy on its own independently as well as having two wells for water and a filtration system. Further, the property has both the original cabin that has been re-modelled and a whole new separate house attached adjacent to it. So it fits all 4 of the parameters you mention in your original comment.

tbh this house is beautiful. As he complained that you can get a 8000 sq ft area for 9 to 10 mil, but he isn't considering the fact that the plot area is 49 acres and is fully equipped with technology that supports off grid living.

I love how chat has never heard of heated driveways. My sister built a barn in ohio and heated the floors in the house it was only 1500$ more to heat the drive way to the street so the snow doesn’t stick
