The thing is with these houses is that they NEED to be critiqued this much. When your paying that monstrous amount of money, these houses SHOULD NOT lack in any way that they do in these videos.
they're not meant to be lived in. people rent them out for parties or vacation homes
Sure many could make themselves an ideal home with the total amt of money spent on allowing this one to exist, but i wouldn't think this is supposed to be a cozy living home, more so a rich person's playground
The white walls paired with the minecraft oak wood cabinets n stuff really make this house feel almost like a friend's home you'd visit as a kid and see crayon markings on the walls of and cheerios strewn everywhere
It just feels so unbelievably basic, like its missing all sense of color and style. I would go insane living here.

Worst part is you can see all the neighboring homes with the same design. The overly modern homes are so boring and lifeless.
Probably because they're not meant to live in. It's not like multi-millionaires have the time and the resources to live a happy family life at home anyway. Those are meant to party, flex, have 5-7 days escapades, etc...
I like these kind of houses to be honest, it's like a blank canvas but you can personalize them more than normal looking suburbs.
In gamer words it's like a NZXT or Lian Li case, they look boring but you can mod them and turn them into whatever you like super easily.

To be fair my tv placement is kinda whatever too cos I never watch it. Computer/phone does everything I need.
He streams at least 10 hours every day and usually more and you think he watches TV after? Also in the age that we currently are, there's literally no reason to watch tv if you have PC and laptop and phone. I couldn't stand TV ads so once my cat pushed my tv down and broke it, i didn't get a new one, not to say that i used it when i had one.

@@Kevvyn- In the average price range, yes. But something that requires *35 million dollars* should be something I can't come up with in my own imagination. That's more than just construction costs. Not saying I need a rocket ship or a room that defies the laws of physics, but architects aren't paid to design a house a joe shmo could design. Interior designers are supposed to do a better job then a basement dweller can at picking out furniture and stuff. These people are the tops of their fields, they should at least know how to set up a TV.

For most realistic and practical scenarios this home kinda fails, but in terms of aesthetics and styling of the interior it's superb in my opinion, even though I don't like beige, I have to admit this is really good.

Exactly. If you wet your hand with hot water and blow it, it will make that area freaking cold. Or if you're, for example, eating hot pasta and blow on it very close, it will get cold quickly and you can eat that part right after. Water falling goes against the air around it, so it's basically the same, therefore it gets cold.

@@saint.rahrah3663 Or maybe your shower is enclosed your bathroom is small, so no draft can get through to cool the water. Or you just have good insulation in the structure of your house to keep the rooms at a reasonable temperature. You know perfectly well that if you just stand around right after taking a shower without drying yourself off that you'll basically freeze because of how quickly the water on your body gets cold, even if you were very warm from having just taken a hot shower. It's common sense. Of course Felix is a guy who exaggerates everything and it's not actually "cold" water, but the higher the shower-head, the quicker the water will get cold as it falls.

I actually quite like this one compared to most other huge, extravagant houses. This house doesn’t feel like it’s big and expensive for the sake of being big and expensive, with no regard for what it’s actually like to live there (thinking of that $500 million one in L.A.). This house looks like a place where people actually live.

Nah it’s really bland and stupid in details, you buy a 30 mil house then put another 1-2 mil just to buy normal shower heads, tvs and furniture. Imo the absolute huge houses isn't something to live in, It's simply too big. I feel like if you're a billionare throwing a party with hundreds of guests it would be nice or if you're a group of people all wanting some "private" space but then you might as well buy seperate apartments/houses.

For that price, it better have the best living conditions imaginable. You should be paying for comfort, not just for a view and a big empty house. So his takes are good here.
