Horse trough treasure? Metal detecting unlikely places. Ep 310

Some times you find treasure in the most unlikely places. I can't even tell you how many times I've metal detected a beautiful homestead with buildings still standing and you don't find a thing. We found an old horse trough up in the middle of the mountains and we were running out of time to detect. We decided to give it a shot, I am so glad we did!

Always enjoy your videos, and you had a couple of good hunts. Congrats on the coins my friend, and Gunter thought that the stick was better than your shovel 😂. Just got my mini coil thanks for the info on them. Have to say at the beginning of the video where Dinwiddy was standing by the tree I thought he was getting rid of some excess coffee😅.

Another great hunt fellas! What were the numbers on the metal detector when you swung over that wagon brake? LOL Seriously though, is that mostly public land you are hunting or are you having to get permission?

There are lots of really big ranches here, so 1 permission goes along ways.

You need to try the coiltek 10X5. Same isolation as the 6" but twice the depth.

Dinwiddie has one. Maybe I'll try his for a day. They are pretty spendy. If it's that much better, I'm sure it's worth it.
