I went on a hike through moonville yesterday and I want to go back. the tunnel really heightens your senseabilities. It's very eerie, even the cemetery and I wanna go back soon. This video was very informative
I too could not find “Mr Moon” in my research. Thanks for a nice history I had heard a version of Ray Burritt’s mining death as he went back in the mine too soon after the explosion (not from the immediate explosion), implying that some rock was delayed in falling- He was a well-liked young guy and his death resulted in the mine closing - Will look for source
