Yes!!! I have completely transformed my diet and unhealthy lifestyle at 22yrs old thanks to Paul!!! I make my own sunscreen, expose my skin to the sun at 10-20 minutes a day without any on. I eat grass fed and finished red meats, fruits, tallow, butter, coconut oil and coconut water!! I have cut out folic acid, all seed oils and eat only whole organic foods!! and guys I swear i feel the best I ever have in my life!!!! This man is on to something big🤩🤩

Please take methylated folate. Not folic acid! Folic acid is synthetic.
I think the original commenter intended to say phytic acid which is a plant defense chemical found in grains & seeds. Paul briefly touched on.
For the record, folate is an essential vitamin (B9) and extremely important, do not cut that out of your diet or supplement routine but insure you’re taking folate (bioavailable) not the synthetic folic acid.
For more information on folate please look up Dr. Ben Lynch’s research.

I've been giving my daughter raw milk for 20 years since she was a baby. I drink it along with kefir and raw butter. It removed both of our allergies, she was on three prescriptions for her allergies and got off all of them within days of starting saw milk.

My 3.5 yo has been having digestive issues for a year since getting some sort of bad bacteria while visiting a conventional doctors office for my other daughter who had check ups for a post surgery. She’s been constipated for months and complained about bad stomach aches daily and nothing I was giving her was helping. About a month ago we began getting raw milk again from a quality family farm nearby (a2/a2 jersey cows on pasture, hay for milking only, no antibiotics). I bought organic milk kefir grains from Etsy and started making my own raw milk kefir daily. I make her a raw milk kefir shake with frozen berries and frozen banana in it once a day, probably around 8 oz, and within 2 days she having regular stools and within a week she told me her stomach stopped hurting. It’s been over a month now and she gladly tells me every day that her stomach doesn’t hurt, her stools are getting better and better, and I’ve also noticed her behavior is getting better/sweeter and her appetite it growing. It’s such a blessing and regardless of what people say who have no clue, no offense, I have seen the benefit so clearly. ALSO, my other daughter was born with a birth defect with her esophagus and I had to thicken her milk in order to feed her and I was struggling to pump enough so at 4 mo old I found a quality raw milk source and started making the raw milk baby formula recipe from Sally Fallon, Nourishing Traditions book/website. She consumed that as her main milk source from 4 mo to 14 mo. She thrived the entire time, maintained a healthy weight, skin, milestones, digestion… everything. She’s 2 now and she’s so healthy just like her older sisters who were exclusively breast fed for 3 years.
I say all that as anecdotal evidence that quality raw milk is amazing. ❤

Also when I ate the beans which are not my favorite… it tasted sooooooooo good. Like super yummy !
