Blueberry Brioche ♥️

This is one of my favorite doughs to work with! You can make so many different recipes with it.
Enjoy!
Ingredients:
For blueberry filling.
2 cups blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
For dough.
1 1/2 cup milk
4 tsp of Active dry yeast
1 egg
1 stick butter (room temp)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt (I use kosher salt)
✨Measure 6 cups of bread flour (follow video instructions)
Egg wash:
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp milk
Equipment:
Stand mixer
Bread loaf
Rolling Pin
