- All is well on Koh Tao apart from loosing another nightboat. This time to fire. Thankfully all lives were saved, but all processions were lost.
For me its another week of living in Paradise. Time to start getting some exercise!
Please subscribe for the ride! Lots of island adventures to come on Koh Tao as well as travelling bits of SE Asia. Also some Thailand information videos coming your way soon!
Thanks for watching! This really is such a wonderful adventure after 16.5 years of solo parenting in London!
New episode (hopefully every) Sunday - see you then!

Ok Missy 🏖️
I feel really happy for the people who didn't get hurt on the boat but sad for them that they lost all their possessions and what a great deal on the fruit and its always Good to see you Clare 😃
Thanks Terry! Hope your end is going well! See you on Sunday! X
As always, so lovely to catch up with you and your life in paradise lovely lady...Terry x
How are you guys?! Any trips planned for the future?
There is a new (small) ‘cruise’ ship going to and from Bangkok to Koh Samui…. I so want to try it out!
Really hope you are doing well. Always love hearing from you. Xx
Beautiful area to vacation.
Koh Tao is ridiculously beautiful. I stare around in amazement every day. It’s a long journey but so worth it. Thanks for watching.
Wow your flat is full looks like home
Thank you - it really feels like home these days.
When I’ve had a good tidy up I will do a video & properly show around my flat & art studio. Thanks for watching!
Hello, I don't know how expensive it would be to put in flooring tiles on the balcony area of your home, but if you are planning to live there for a few years, it might be worth spending the money on flooring tiles to keep everything clean in that hot wet climate. Maybe you can work out a deal with the owner to split the expenses for new flooring tiles on the outdoor area.
Such a good idea. I shall try.
Next week you will see the new temporary measure. But your idea is better! Thanks for watching. Cag
Im coming to koh tao in jan, do you have any recommendations for accommodation please ??
There are so many wonderful places to stay.
Hard to recommend due to not knowing budget etc.
I loved staying at AC2 on Sairee.
Here on Chalok I would recommend Fishermans.
Top tip: find hotels on Bookings.com. Then find the hotel on Facebook and ask them what they charge directly. Should save you some money.
Thanks for watching!
What do you pay for rent for that spot?
Hi. I pay 10,000 baht per month - on a long term basis. I was lucky and got here before things got really busy so do expect things to be a bit more expensive. Supply and demand... Thanks for watching! Cag
you look so amazing and youthful... 27 im guessing
Well that put a smile on my face!
27 inside for sure!
I’m turning 45 in a few weeks.
Thanks for watching!
Be careful of getting too much of that sun. Skin cancer is real, even in Paradise.
Thank you for your comment - I worry about it too. I always use factor 50 on my face (even in UK in winter) and use 30 on my body (but do sometimes forget). The most important bit is that I don't sunbathe. I do stay in the shade, but out and about you cannot avoid it! I worry about my health more than ever out here as we don't have proper facilities for anything serious. Thanks again. Cag
