As a current client and former employee of TD in Canada I am very disappointed in all this. In Canada TD was profiled (along with other banks) by a consumer affairs show in deceptive practices with customers. Nothing came of it, but there were some small fines to do with similar problems as in the US.

I bank at Tdbank and this is the 1st I'm hearing of this. Has TDbank lost customers because of this?
