I like when the tool is left as is and not painted . paint will will just scratch off right away , great job . someone gave me recip saw that's not running and i eventually with inspiration from your channel will try to get it running . Thanks
I love that, while you do take care to make the appearance presentable again, your focus is not on making the tools you restore look factory-new, but making them useful and functional again.
You have recovered well and well. everything is wonderful. I have been repairing machines like this for 25 years. But now I see the product is sold very cheaply where I live, I'm in Vietnam. A machine like this costs 45 USD, with 2 batteries. 1 charger and box. People buy it to use, but if it breaks, it's considered scrap. Now I still find it difficult to accept correction. Buy accessories for $25, repair time takes 1 day
First time ever opening a tool up and dissecting it was a drill and I must say disassembling is easy but putting back together and functioning is art to say. So for pretty much everything disassembled I organized and take pics of everything. Last, what solution did you use to clean the brushless motor?
nice restore, great job! I just want to ask what is the purpose of that wire @9:08 seems, ground, or negative... both make no sense for a wireless tool ... Thanks!

Nice find for $20 and awesome that you have the skills to be able to level that tool up!

Редуктор в идеале, можно было ограничиться заменой подшипника якоря и в путь )

Oven cleaning foam I guess..👍
@@SachsVDE I doubt that since most contain lye and he's not wearing gloves. Probably some form of foaming bathroom cleaner.

Ese cable es una antena para rallos 😂
@@hectormendoza4158 for wireless charging?? 🤣
I don't know , in cordless tools there's always a wire connecting the metal housing to the drive
maybe remove the static charge.
Its a ground wire. Its common sense to "ground" any exposed metal part for many reasons.
Where this man finde these things so cheap know o need it😅
What powder are you using to clean the housing?
Either baking soda or common washing machine detergent.

How come every single tool I see you do. Looks like you made it look so much worse than it probably was. A little suspicious to me.
Good ol' content that's why
I mean… you could always make a Chanel dedicated to repairing things if you don’t like his
@itsLeels I mean... you don't know I don't. Get lost
