2 hrs away to EDCA is near. The fact is there are numerous Chinese student who could pose a threat to our security. They could easily pose as tourist or students to do surveillance opn. Of course, these Chinese are very careful not to commit any violations to be notice by the police. What the Provincial security council need is to task the Intel units to conduct counter surveillance to these Chinese individuals. I am 100 percent sure, these seemingly Chinese students and tourists do a lot of Intel works .
