Imagine how many dishes you will get to do when Sumeru is unlocked since it is partially based on India, the curry nation. As for recommandation, I would like to see Sangayaki, which has recently come into game.
I would have left the soup unpureed honestly, only because I love clear broths! It gives me a sense of lightness. Though this was really intersting!! I do think Tomato and Mint Could work well together honestly, but I would likely omit the celery, as for me celery has such a strong flavor and the mint is already there. But either way great work! Keep it up!
Oh my this recipe is actually a lot more difficult than I had imagined! xD I guess I need to buy a blender now :) And yes the other commentator was right, IT DOES look even better than ingame. Thank you again I'm really really happy!! I'm KINDA sorry for annoying you all this time but at the same time I'm just happy hahaha And I love that you used Paimon in the thumbnail, it's so cute!! You're amazing Chef
I've actually started changing up my diet to 80% Vegetarian 20% Meat (basically, I only eat meat on weekends and special occasions xD) so this is pretty helpful :) Fish prices are starting to get absurdly high here in the Philippines :v
This is an interesting dish- since it’s trying to use a limited variety of in-game/Asian-skewed ingredients- if Mondstadt is Germanic/European, then they might use turnip or rutabaga/swede in real-life (turnip was used before the introduction of the potato from Peru)… and a Euro-radish is different than an Asian radish… so many interpretations! Always, a beautiful video and interpretation of a difficult dish! 🥰
i watched all of these videos in the past week! i've actually been watching for close to two months, just wanted to rewatch, lol. chef mar is so talented and has such a smooth, calming voice, plus he's funny! i always look forward to these. seeing genshin recipes irl is top tier
i love the combination of tomato and mint. I always make an cold tomato mint soup in summer, its very refreshing. 🥰 The only thing I would mention is, you should avoid cooking acid foods in an soft aluminium container especially at high temperatures. It can break down the aluminium /:
@@ChefMar Gazpacho is not meant to be cooked! It's just pureed raw veggies. I'm spanish, btw xD I think they meant something like a tomato soup, sauce or roasted tomatoes.
Tomato sauce/soup hack: To make the tomato soup red rather than orange, add some extracted beet juice helps making the soup (or saouces) bright red and adds a little sweetness to the mix.
Cool! Ngl when Shneznaya comes out i'd love to see your take on the food since it's mainly inspired by slavic/eastern european countries, wich have some realy delicius stuff. I'd also love to see you do Kaeyas specialty "Fruity skewers" or Lisas bolognese, especaly becouse of its interesting color
nah! the soup is transparent and not a thick soup here :/ nobody know this but the soup for this dish is actually made from fish broth. And not from pork or chicken bone broth. Because the fat from fish will turn out to the yellow and orange just like the color of the drawing. We has this dish in Vietnam called 'Canh cá khoai' (Bombay duck fish soup) 👀 its look quite familiar to this genshin dish somehow. Instead of radish we replace with pineapple and dill to make the soup sweet, smells good, tastes good and reduces fish odour 😊
You see, you need to have a mom in the kitchen to judge you when you spill the soup in the blender. That way, after she says "don't worry mama will fix this", once you try again she can say "terrific, even better than mama" and you can feel proud of your hard work. -A person who played too much cooking mama as a kid
Can i request a genshin food that is not a real genshin recepie? Precicly im talking about th -donut weapon Everlasting Moonglow- . Could you make a donut that is glazed like this catalyst ? :0 Havent seen anything like this around
After 3 months of requesting, Rubina980, this one is for you!
3 months??? Hahaha it's been longer than that!! Hahahahaha
Chef, I'm so happy!! Thank you so much ❤️❤️
This looks SO GOOD!! I have a feeling this what I'm gonna eat each day for the next three months lmaoo

Honestly, this looks tastier than the in game picture.
Of course it does. It's Mar's Vision.

There's no way I'd ever be able to eat that! I'd have an upset stomach and a couple hours of heartburn to pay for that.
Opps, I drooled all over my keyboard again.
I crafted 100 of these because that lady in monstadt always talks about them
Here's an idea for an easy Genshin dish:
Fisherman's Toast... and Klee's version as a bonus: Fish Flavored Toast
Fine.. I didn't want to do it cuz it's literally toast pizza. But fine.
mint and tomato scares me but i always try to trust the process with these things lol
Chiefmar: Please don't make a mess
Blender: How 'bout I do it anyway?
Lol I was hoping. Funny how I repeat past mistakes.
Take out the radishes and you got another interpretation of tomato soup
Gonna try this soup while enjoying the view of the Himalayas to get that Dragonspire experience!
from the looks of it already makes me want to taste it😋😋
Day one of asking for a Kaeya special dish recipe.

Hey chefmar, could you try making kaeya's specialty? I don't see almost anyone making it and it looks so delicious :(
Yesss I've been waiting months for you to do Radish Veggie Soup!
Thanks
Lovely!!! I’d love to see Sangayaki recipe
Chef Mar makes such good-looking food. I do wonder if there is a substitute for Radish that would complement the dish.
The substitute is even more radish
maybe turnips?
Thanks for making and sharing this wonderful recipe Will definitely try this recipe big like❤️👍👌😋
Yes please do c:
Watching you makes me hungry.☺☺
Thank you thank you thank you
That's some nice soup you got there
Would be a shame it spilled onto the table...

Instead of radish, do you think using jicama would work better?
Edit: then it wouldn't be Radish and Veggie Soup... _dang, just spit balling here_

I dont think jicama will work

This is too imprecise. I accidentally added 10 time the olive oil. I really need to make a general numbers machine for this.
Maybe potatoes would be better than radish
No. :(
For sure
This looks so good. I gotta wonder though, would it be possible to replace the daikon radishes with similar cuts of potatoes instead?
Ya and it would be a lot better.
