Residents of Pader district mourn Maj Gen Paul Lokech

The residents of Pader district are in mourning over the death of Maj Gen Paul Lokech, who until his abrupt death, was the deputy Inspector General of Police.
Lokech died on Saturday morning as a result, of what the police has confirmed, to be a blood clot.
Before he was deployed to the Uganda Police Force on 16th December, 2020, the fallen soldier had an illustrious career in the army, plus a stint on the diplomatic front.
