She may have been extremely abused. Oftentimes children lose muscle and contraction ability when they're severely, sexually abused; the diapers may have been necessary. That could've been *a* reason the mother killed her but she just didn't say it.

Ch!no - people who have the capacity to murder other human beings especially their family members usually have severe mental illnesses such as psychopathy or sociopathy. these illnesses cause a lack of guilt and remorse. releasing people like this usually causes a re offense - more often than not worse than the first. Imo they should be locked up for life or at least institutionalized for life, where they are under the watch of medical professionals.

Yes, she was way too old for diapers. The parents were not only evil but lazy. They didn't even bother to potty train her at all. They got angry with her when they were the reason she was still wearing diapers like a baby.

She may have been extremely abused. Oftentimes children lose muscle and contraction ability when they're severely, sexually abused; the diapers may have been necessary.
That could've been *a* reason the mother killed her but she just didn't say it.

No parents are going to put their kid down for a nap at that time for that long, 4 hours & it would put her nap ending in the evening. You don't let kids nap that long bc they'll be up all night. First red flag. Second, that dad did *not* sound frantic on the 911 call. It was the tone an employer would use when calling a late employee to be sure they're coming in bc otherwise they need to fill their shift.

Possibly special needs or neglect from the parents to teach her how to use a toilet. Most likely more abuse was going on that triggered her to have accidents often. If the father called her an "it" then I'm sure they didn't really care much for her.
I think the judge gave her a light sentence, because she's being shipped back to her country, why should our tax dollars pay for her to stay in the states any longer than 22 years, I feel though that by law for her to kill a child, before being sentenced to jail, the judge should have said your tubes will be tide so that she never gets pregnant again, and she should also be put in a program that will deny her the right to ever adopt a child, and the judge should have put a restraining order on her as well not to be 1,000 yards near any children!!! No matter where she may be!
To my understanding the judge gave her the maximum sentence allowable for the charge she plead to (manslaughter).
