Great idea! The denial of fulfilling talent, female in particular is a tragedy. My sister Helen could, and would, have been a very good Pediatrician. Instead she was encouraged to leave school early and be a square peg in a round hole all her working life (she didn't marry) as a secretary. She was a wonderful Auntie
