Thank you thank you thank you! Had a bit of trouble getting the top screw for the front fender on, but patience was key. Cant wait to hop in this baby tomorrow!!!
Thank you for your support and patience as we work to get your XP shipped out! We're also happy to hear that this video was helpful. Let us know if you have any questions, we're here to help.
This is my 2nd night out on my new XPeak. This is quite a beast. Feels very different than my XP 3.0. Love them both, but love the sturdier feel and big 26 inch tires on the XPeak for a smooth ride!
@@LectriceBikes So how do you know if the battery is on or off? Could you elaborate please. I just can't figure what is on or off. What happens if you leave it in the on position unknowingly?
Check out the XPeak Manual at the link below as page 42 goes over on how to turn on your XPeak Let us know if you have any other questions! Manual XPeak: files.helpdocs.io/djeddasp2e/other/1706558890163/xpeak-manual-v-1-0-3.pdf
I just spoke to them on the phone and the key does only control the battery unlock. The bike will fall asleep after a period of time and so you use they key to pop off the battery....take the battery out.....and press the button on the battery to wake it up. Then put the battery back in and turn it on from the handlebars. So...yes technically you do need the key to drop the battery and press the button when it falls asleep but the key does not turn the bike on and off....it is just for the battery pop off.
Hey there! Great news, we do have a video on how to Remove and install the Frame latch for your bike. Check it out here th-cam.com/video/o9uuv-HPHL8/w-d-xo.html
The battery has to be woken up up down up each time it sits for more than 48 hours? So the battery has to be removed from the bike if it's charged that way each time it sits without use?
I love my new bike. A torque wrench that can accurately and consistently deliver 1nm cost about 35% of bike. I have one, remnants of 20 years of BMW motorcycle tech.
@ 5:05 “ remove the hub endcap” is impossible to do on mine. I even was forced to try and pull it with needle nose and it scraped it. How can something so simple looking and easy on here be so impossible for me? I’m inclined to ask. What am I doing wrong? Lol.

Hey Tony..you should be able to find Inch pound and foot pound torque wrenches at just about any big box hardware store, local hardware, or auto parts store. Most, if not all, of them have labeling on them for nM. If not you can just google a conversion factor.
Hi there! You can turn your front and rear lights on by holding the up arrow on your control pad. Be sure to not hold the down arrow as this will activate "walk mode", which is only to be used when walking your bike up an incline.
Yes, it's outdated. If you order the bike with the fenders you'll need a 4mm Allen wrench to install the front fender on the fork. You may also need a 5mm Allen wrench to center the from disc caliper to the disc.
Very helpful. This is an AWESOME bike. First day 5 miles on the desert trails and another 15 on the streets with my wife on her 2.0.
What we love to hear! Thank you so much for your ongoing support!
Timely video. I just got my shipping notice today!

Thank you for the kind words! ❤️

Lets go! Right on time for the weekend! 😉
Nice Video. Can you please suggest where you got your tools from?
10:55 - How the heck do you get the single top screw loose to put in the fender?
Same here.
Hey I just got the bike my display screen turns on and then 1 second later turns off do you know why?
Is it OK to leave the battery pluggrd in while stored to insure a full charge for each ride?
FedEx just delivered mine! Thanks for the information!
Hey there, We are glad you got your bike. Have fun and enjoy the ride!😁
Unable to fit the two green connectors together..... any tips??
The quick release for the pedal became loose any videos on how to fix that first ride i did came loose i hope the threads did mess up
Just assembled my XPeak. To clarify, the key is only to be used to drop the battery from the frame. It is not required for operation, right?
You will need the key to turn the battery on or off, so we'd recommend to keep it handy and be sure to keep the spare key in a safe location!

That is correct!
Great video now I wish I own one
Hey there! Check out the XPeak here to see if its the right time to buy: lectricebikes.com/collections/xpeak-ebikes
Sorry can’t afford it right now would love to do a review for one and lot of riding video showing how people with a prosthetic can still ride
Hopefully, 2024 will bring an opportunity to join our community of riders!
If you ever have questions, please reach out!
Make a video how to put the new latch set on the frame. The middle that holds the bike in half.

I cannot get my hub end cap removed even with a pair of pliers. I’ve tried everything I’m capable of.
Use a screw driver
My battery charger isn't lighting up and I'm sure all the ends are secure connected. Any suggestions?

can anyone send me the link for the Torque wrenches in video? cant find them anywhere
Hi Tony, unfortunately we do not have any links to share, but we hope someone can share a recommendation in the comments!

Try Harbor Frieght
my front wheel lock down will not lock down tight is there something wrong with it.
Mine doesn't lock pararell to the bike. I will unbolt and try again.
Fabulous
Thanks! 😉
Anyone know how to turn the head and tail lights on?
Hi there! You can turn your front and rear lights on by holding the up arrow on your control pad. Be sure to not hold the down arrow as this will activate "walk mode", which is only to be used when walking your bike up an incline.
A list of tools needed would be helpful
Maybe even printed and included...or printed in the box to allow getting tools needed together before unboxing
🙏🐾😎
This bike is advertised as not needing tools for assembly. Is this video outdated?
Yes, it's outdated. If you order the bike with the fenders you'll need a 4mm Allen wrench to install the front fender on the fork. You may also need a 5mm Allen wrench to center the from disc caliper to the disc.
Why couldn't we get a color display? Boooooo
Hopefully one day can bring this tech to our awesome XPeak riders!
