I received the same bike today. I really like the paint job. I didn’t move the light when I put on the front basket. I haven’t ridden it yet so I may have to move the light if the basket interferes with the light.
Just received my wife’s step thru today unfortunately it came with a bent rear brake lever! Already contacted Lectric. Tomorrow my high step should show up, hopefully with not damages
Might be worth noting Lectric doesn’t intend on the bike lock mounting there. They state it should be mounted to the front upright bar. Water bottle is meant to go where you mounted the lock. Not sure their intention makes much sense though. We just put ours together today. One step-thru and one high bar. Awesome bikes! Also, the front light relocated to the basket. The spare parts bag comes with the “extension” cable needed to move it.
Should a person let the battery run down most of the way before recharging it or should a person keep it all the way charged at all times when possible? I just wonder what's best for the battery.
@@livinonthewedge Cool! Thanks for sharing your wisdom and experience. I'm a first time ebiker and I'm putting together the X-Peak but mine is not the walk through version. Have a great day!
Picture of TV on the box. It looks like the bike company repurposed a TV box for the bike to save money. But as long as it protected it is what matters.
good job with your honest review. What I like about this bike. Full size bike, Fat tires, hydraulic brakes and finally a good suspension fork. The one on the 2.0 was junk at best. What I do not like Thumb throttle, and the range you stated the bike gets and what looks like the worst seat they have ever put on a bike. Why did they put black fenders on a white bike? That looks like crap to me. I would have to change the throttle as the first mod I make to it, 2nd would be street tires on it. 3rd will be finding a seat that fits my behind just right. While I like this bike I will be keeping my 1.0 for now. Not enough improvements for me to swap out what has been their best bike to date.
I always wonder why people with what seems to be adequate means buy such low-end crappy ebike. Lectric ebikes are basement-level ebikes *_at best._* Low-end components, junk hub motors, small proprietary batteries, and frames. It's hard to go lower than Lectric.
@@livinonthewedge You "love" these low-end POS ebikes because you either can't or won't spend more money on a top-end ebike. Being that you don't ride much anyway, it's kind of a no-brainer. But don't try putting lipstick on a pig. These big lumbering ox short-range ebikes are exactly what they appear to be, we all get what we pay for. Exactly the same as with RVs. Why do you need a good service department with a new bike and why are there so many complaints about Lectric?
@brianbassett4379 this grown man really getting worked up over how other people spend their money. They spent $1400 and are happy. You probably spent several times that and now sit on the internet looking these up and getting mad.
Great video. My Xpeak should be here in a month.
Congratulations 🎉 Enjoy your new ride!
Thanks for the great video. My Xpeak should arrive this week, I can't wait!
I'm so excited for you!
You have my 2 most favorite things. Rving and bikes, can't wait to start again. Enjoy
Our favorite too! Happy camping 😊
THIS WAS A GREAT TEAM PUT TOGETHER.
Thank you!
Just liked and subbed, hope to see you guys exploring interesting areas with your e bikes. I enjoy watching such videos very much.
Awesome! Thanks for subscribing!
Pedro! I’ve seen your replies on MrKents channel. Hello from Arkansas US.
@@bigonebikes Hello back to you, from So. Florida, where our best weather for riding is now.
What a great looking ebike!! Nice job
Thanks Joni!
Those are some nice-looking bikes! We may have to upgrade!
Thank you! We recommend them 😁

I hope you love them too!! We decided against anything in the front. Let me know how it works for you.
Looks like a great bike. If you set the seat at lowest position what does it measure top of seat to ground?
I am 5'6" with a 32" inseam. The lowest position I have my feet flat on the ground. (Using a regular post, not a suspension post)

Well shoot! I don't think FedEx is the best shipper but Lectric will take care of you. 🤞 Fingers crossed yours is good!
Did u purchase those bikes or did Lectric give them to u...just curious
We purchased the 1.0s we had for 3 years and then we purchased the Xpeaks.

Thank you for watching! I can reach the water bottle better in the front.

I can tell you we never did on our electric 1.0s and after 3 years it still got the same mileage. We tried to keep them charged up.

Happy riding! 🚲
I used the Lectric lock and someone broke it off and stole my XP Lite. Those locks aren’t strong enough. I’ve bought a Kryptonite and a Litelock.
I'm so sorry that happened to you!
Enjoyed the video, great job!
Thank you! I hope it was helpful.
You didn't throw out all that cardboard in the rv park dumpster did you? ...smart thinking if you did!
Haha! Unfortunately they don't have a recycling program here or nearby. We do recycle when possible 😁
Love the new bikes. The unboxing and set up video is really good. Are you warring microphones 🎤 The sound is amazing?
Thank you! No mics, it was a quiet day. I think go pro has better sound than a phone.
Your husband has the same wedding ring that I wear!!👍👍♥️♥️
Too funny!
Nice work guys! I’m sure you are going to get lots of mileage out of these! I love my e-bike!
Thanks! We definitely will too!

How tall is your wife? I’m 5ft and wondering if it would work for me

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. We love Lectric and their customer service is the best. Happy riding!
