Great video Dardan, awesome that you where patient and explaining everything to the owner and helping him out! This attitude speaks volumes about your tuning and helping new people learn and build setup's correctly for the future. Keep up the great work man!
Respect, if every tuner was like that, the World would have been a better place. Checking out the little things instead of just doing the map. Very satisfing to watch
Some people shouldn’t own cars. Big ups to you for your patience. I build mini trucks and have to deal with other peoples subpar work and clueless owners that buy junk off of marketplace all the time when it comes to fabrication
Bro don’t say some people shouldn’t own cars bro cause some people just don’t know the tuner was super respectful and just showed him and explained everything some people just doesn’t know man people are so fast to hate we should teach not talk shit about one another
What a life it must be as a tuner. Client comes in for a tune, doesn't know details about the engine. Most importantly, THE PISTONS! Edit: I should've waited til the end before commenting. The oil feed got me! We would've put a stop to this appointment the second he couldn't answer a question and we started looking around the engine. Disaster waiting to happen. Kudos to you for a positive attitude and getting the tune done regardless! Some tuners I've worked with claim they "aren't mechanics" and would've been stuck with these issues you had to face.
I do get cars a lot with no info on the build. Tuned a supra to 980whp. Was told had built motor. Abour 8-9months later owner said he blew a headgasket from overheating on a hot day. When he took head off, block was stock. He bought the car few days before i had tuned it
I know this video is 11 months old but there are SO MANY redflags with this vehicle I would have never touched it until they got fixed. Didn't have turbo clocked correctly, didnt know what wastegate spring was in it, had the wrong spark plugs (guessing he didn't have any extras either), didnt have anything to hold the coils down on the plugs, Told the tuner after he started tuning that the coolant temp sensor is bad, etc. etc. etc.
that little nipple on the throttle body wouldnt cause a vacuum leak but it would def cause a boost leak because its before the throttle plate not after. not a very large one but a leak none the less. still made great power though!!! dardan ftw!
Pretty much anything i can get my hands on. Motec, link, pactel, haltech, all aem, all haltech, all megasquirt, fueltech, all holley stuff, hptuners, bunch more
I'd never go to a dyno session with stuff that half ass thrown together. I get doing a budget build but bug injectors with stock lines wrong vacuum lines and not making sure the car is staying at the right temp
The definition of a shit build. Half the stuff not working, not knowing what parts he has on it. If i was a tuner i would've not touched it. Wth is up with these coils and that clutch.. omg..
A lot of knowledge in this vid good content
I just scored a B18b and am going to rebuild it and boost it. This video is showing me alot!

Wow that's a very patient tuner right there, that job would have frustrated me on so many levels. Good result tho 👍
Clearly this is the owner’s first boosted Honda 😂 but awesome video I love it
Great tuner 😊

"Only limit is stock fuel lines" oem fuel lines are equal to -6an and good to like 600hp
shut up sound like some old douche cars are about being fun quit trippin over ur ego
Exactly.
Coolant temp sensor is common in these because of age . Not a hard fix at all
Great video, sleeper for sure! I have someone doing a similar build for me, but lsv.

Turbo barely not Surging on Low Rpm High Load. Propably needed a 76mm
That port by map sensor does leak in boost
