The issue with stuff like this is that if you force yourself to smile in unpleasant situations often enough, the effect can reverse. All of a sudden, smiling actually makes you feel worse, because you have learned to associate it with hiding your feelings when someone life sucks. Anyway, thanks for the fun video.
