For me, living the conservative traditional wife lifestyle as in SAHM, packing my kids lunch, cooking every meal, taking care of my family is fulfilling in every way. It's exhausting and hard but it's worth it. So so worth it.

On the OnlyFans front: The data is in and is overwhelmingly negative towards OF being a positive force in a woman's ability to build emotional relationships with others. Not to mention the whole "those images and videos will be on the internet forever" thing. OF is just not something I'd ever encourage an 18 year old to jump into, much like kids, it will change your life forever once you've done it.
On the SAHM front: Kids are just such a life changing event, and while there are benefits to being a younger parent, 18 is still very young. As cheesy as it sounds, spend some time on you and, if there, your significant other before kids come.

He rented his house out and moved in with me and we got married and once we started having children I stopped working to raise our babies. If my husband were to ever leave me I could support myself and my children without his help

Even if my parents weren't supportive. Because why wait when my capacity to have kids decreases over time ? There is no actual argument against people getting married at 18. None. In fact, people get married very late in comparaison to before and guess what ? Divorce is sky high and they're not better parents than our great grandparents who got married much younger.

I became a mom at 19 and it saved my life in SO many ways. They gave me a purpose greater than my own.
An 18 year old woman who decides to be a stay at home wife and mother must learn a lot of things to be able to get that position. An 18 year old girl who graduated high school will make a better wife and mother than a 22 year old girl who graduated from college or university.

You can’t 24/7 take care of the home, children and dinner ready by 5pm AND working full time. You’d probably do things like get dad to watch the kids (trad man would never) or hire baby sitters or get grandma to step in from time to time so you can work late. Therefore: you can’t be the trad wife these guys want and have a career. They don’t want you to have a career. They want you to stay home and take care of kids, let the man control the money etc etc. your friend is clearly not living that life.

@@smartminimalist I think we are saying the same thing. Being a Supreme Court Justice for the last 12 years is hardly a typical career for a woman to ascertain, but it's a career that is honorable. She has had full support from everyone in her household. Even her kids. She didn't go to law school until 34!!! Her husband backed her because she had the ability to go chase it. She is in her 50s almost 60s. She was desperate to save her husband who has failing health issues that all the money in the world can't fix and she is absolutely distraught and just wants to save him. She had been a trad wife prior to getting her degree in her 30s. She is emotionally wrecked over her husband more than likely passing before 65. She feels like it was all for not and she was robbed of their deserved golden years of retirement. She is planning to retire in the next 10 years as a judge. They both sacrificed so much but his job literally stole his life from them. The saddest part is the men and women on these podcast posts will doubtfully ever have that level of real love for their mates. They see relationships as a business transaction and conquest which means that they are never going to have a genuinely successful marriage.

What's happened to my family's life style - mom worked, dad worked - we all graduated from high school - some of us went to college - some dropped out - wtf is this even an issue today?
Let’s be real: most families can’t afford for the wife to stay home full time. It’s not an option. And even if it is, both men and women setting themselves up for disaster. The woman will be unemployable down the road, and the guy on the hook for child support and alimony if things go sideways. Which they often do. There are many different ways to organize your life that don’t include having an OF account on one end of the spectrum, and being a stay at home mom on the other.
I wanted to be a stay at home mom/wife and cook, clean, take care of the kids, and cater to my man. To me that sounds like heaven, and growing up catholic with more traditional views where the man is the protector and provider and the head of the house was my ideal life. The thing is though not all men are ready for that at younger ages and also some men are just not great men. Just like some women are not great women and don’t have self respect or class. I personally picked the wrong men each time and even though that’s the life I wanted, I still don’t have that. So even though there’s women that want it, they don’t always get it. If I was to find that now I would quit my job as an RN in a heartbeat to stay home and do for my family.

But he does have a point that what is promoted socially (social media, regular media, celebrities, etc) is the idea that selling your body, even strictly through viewing and no touching, is seen as the norm. Not good, not even truly normal, but just what is considered "the norm" based on what is most often being promoted.

As soon as I turned 18 I got engaged to my fiancé. We’ll be getting married hopefully in the next 2 years. I’m currently 20. I want to have children, and if I could now I would, but I want to be married and be stable in every way possible before even thinking about children. I’m living essentially a more traditional lifestyle with my fiancé. It’s not perfectly traditional, but it’s definitely more traditional than most relationships people have at my age. I’m happy. I feel fulfilled. Only thing that could make life even better would be marriage and children. I think more women should try getting into healthy relationships like mine and not selling their bodies online. Lead a life your future children will be proud of.

The problem is that nobody believes in the family unit. A unit is a whole. A woman having her own career means the unit has 2 heads and, therefore, 2 directions, and the family unit loses. The children ultimately lose.

Modern society really has descended into chaos. What Blue Hair is saying is that today, OF seems like an acceptable path over the "old ways" of motherhood. What he doesn't continue with is that those same young women in ten or fifteen years will become part of the depression or suicide statistic due to this decision.
