Definitely going to do this before my squat session today. How many warm up sets should I be doing B4 my working set for barbell back squat? For ex. I'm doing 255lb 5x5. So I'll do empty bar 1x10, 135 1x8, 185 1X6, 225 1x4, 245 1x3. Is that too many warmup sets?
Do you by chance have a video on how to get your ankles to loosen up. My ankles are so tight it is effecting my squat and I'm am stretching them but not sure if you had anything
Can't I just do really low weight Barbell Squats and increasing it from there as warmups and actually starting the workout with enough-heavy weights? :(

I can understand why some people took the video the wrong way though, so in the future if I do plan to cover any more crypto I will do it on my other channel.
I actually really enjoy foam rolling and using a lacrosse ball to pinpoint where my muscles are tight and then bring the pain until they loosen up! haha
Well, personally i dont like using just the bar. 135lbs is just enough for me to not be too heavy or too light and to be able to go slow enough to feel things out.
Well... the treadmill doesn't open up your hips and stretch your lower back. Still a great idea to get the blood flowing though, maybe before doing the warm-ups!
Ah yes, I too stretch to warm up before warming up with air squats, then warm up even more by doing 3 light sets of squats and finally 3 hrs later I can proceed with my 1st set of squats
