At the end, Sylvie was mad at Loki and the TVA because she has no idea how much time has passed with Loki and the TVA. She doesn't know that it has been maybe a day or two for Loki since she kissed him and pushed him through the door at the End of Time, and that Loki was time slipping, or the whole thing with the rogue agents deleting timelines.She just sees the TVA making a mess again. She's been on her Earth long enough to get a job, make friends, and enjoy her routine with no time agents hunting her down. Then Loki shows up with time agents needing her help to fix a mess. She was frustrated. I do believe He Who Remains was right. The TVA needs both Loki and Sylvie together to run the entire operation. Just Loki is not enough.
Sylvie's behavior and reaction towards TVA and Loki in this episode are quite normal and understandable. Let me explain why: In the void, Sylvie says, "How do I know that in the final moments you won't betray me?" And Loki lists all the people he's betrayed in his life and ends it with, "I won't let you down. Okay?" And then, when she finally finds the guy who ruined her life, Loki's like, "hey wait a minute maybe we should listen to him." How can she not see that as a betrayal? And THEN, when he finds her again, he's wearing a new TVA uniform and instead of asking about her, he asks for her help (and doesn't do a good job explaining why he needs her help). And he's got Mobius with him, and the last time she saw Mobius he said he was gonna burn the TVA to the ground and yet he's still doing (as far as she can see) TVA stuff. And she enchants Brad and sees that the TVA (as far as she can see) is still trying to kill her. Sylvie doesn't have all the information we have. WE know Loki wasn't trying to fuck her over, but she doesn't know that. WE know that B-15, Loki, Mobius, etc. are trying to stop the TVA from being awful, but she doesn't know that.
Did.... did they STOP reacting to the show after only the second episode???? What the HELL????!!! It's only 6 episodes. Not a huge commitment. How can you leave the story so open ended in your minds like that? I only hope you ran out of time to film them and had to prioritize Christmas movie reactions. Maybe you'll come back to it?
