FFXI Ambuscade - Tonberry (May 2024)

Pretty fun fight this month.
I use Scherzo to avoid a 1 shot on the Rascal's 1hr at start.
The only other thing to worry about is the skillchain the Monarch does.
Simply watch for the shade to pop after the distortion skillchain and face the enemy.
It has a Sneak Attack that will skillchain darkness and likely kill you if it lands the sneak attack.
- Oh and they get a huge evasion boost with sigh so keep distract on and put a bit extra ACC in for this months buffing.
