  • This video tutorial is for the Call It What You Want pouch, which was inspired by a zip pouch that I picked up at a local craft store. I showed a sample in my Makers group and the members asked for a video on how I made it, so here it is!
    Note: If you are using directional fabric, the measurements for your outer panel should be to cut two pieces that are 11.25"w x 5.5"h. Sew with a 3/8" seam allowance along the bottom edge.

    I made this using 100% cotton fabric and decovil light. Also made it larger using 12” blocks. I love the way it came out. Thank you so much!

    Just a quick question 😊 for the directional cut out, am I just making the outer pieces 11.25x5.5 and keeping the lining the original size or 11.25x10.25? Thank you!

    • @kdillhandmade
      @kdillhandmade  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes that is correct. The lining stays the 10.25” size.

    What kind of fabrics did you use for this Cute Bag. It looks like Cotton. But not Sure. You make Amazing Tutorials. I love Watching You. Thank You.

      Oh thank you so much, that makes me so happy. ❤ I used cotton woven for both (exterior is from Spoonflower and lining is Kona cotton). I interfaced both with SF101. That's it. You could also make this with canvas, vinyl, and cork...as long as your machine can handle those materials.
