Oh yes! Use a pig's face to make this. You know, the snout where the snot comes out of. The ears were the ear wax builds up in, the eyes were eye sand dusts (muta) are stored in and the mouth were saliva drips from. Yummy!
With all due respect, you might as well not eat any meat since all meat parts come into contact with dirt some way or another. Same with fruits and vegetables which literally grow from a seed underground - which is the home of many insects and worms. Just ensure every ingredient used is clean. And clean even if purchased from large commercial stores. Besides, traditional sisig is cooked with the face part to begin with. :)
