The 3rd Edition of Quick 60 Challenge, organized by Retro Rides and us at HillClimb Monsters, was held for the 2nd time at Mallory Park, in Sprint format, mixing Time Attack and Hillclimb Racing. Featuring a tremendous entrylist with plenty of variety going from BMW M3 units, V8 swapped Miata, Drift-spec S2000, various Time Attack builds and an invasion of Sprint cars fighting for Glory, among other high powered machinery, we saw a great fight for all places in this Top 15 and the Overall quality of the venue reaching new heights and preparing us for an even bigger event this year, which was leave the Trailer for at the very end. The driver of the LS mx5 actually won the rwd class in the gymkhana grid a couple of years ago and without the Ls in this car, incredible driver

14:54 I remember these guys FenSport built a Corolla nearly 20 years ago that ripped apart Skylines. I think it did about 200 mph on the drag strip. 💨

Not on the strip it didn't. It was a genuine 200mph car though they are the go too Toyota guys for sure
The brother driving the Subaru Brz is doing it a great disservice. With such a beautiful machine there's no way he should be shifting at low rpm at least come into the power band. If it was me I would bouncing off the limiter every gear

I was hoping the thumbnail would be stormtrooper with the flat-6 and instead stumbled upon a whole lot of barnstormers, most of which completely unlikely. Serious machines...

The manual mazda box with no special body upgrades is only 5 seconds slower than an audi R8 with a wing instead of a hood

AWD is best for track. Case in point the Toyota Yaris pocket rocket.
With the exception of highly aerofoiled specialist RWD machines like the Audi featured last in this clip.

That SBR chrono is an unfortunate car, amazing sound, crazy fast, but oh so ugly... Why not cover that weird ass front end, just looks like the car is missing bits 🤔
Front end aero .. , ie a wing between the front wings / fenders. And I assume the front crash structure is exposed. I haven’t seen this car close up so couldn’t confirm 💯
