@@farakhhanif that rule that only existed in 2006, with field goals having to use brand new smoother balls didn't help. Thanks to Romos bobbled snap the nfl got rid of that dumb rule. As a result kicking percentage were alot better in 07 than in 06.

Well, I know Tony Romo is never going to get this award.
I actually remember this guy giving himself the award back in 2015(even if I did not remember his name), but I legitimately never knew that he made this a yearly thing lmfao.
It's tough enough that if a skill position player or a lineman did it and got really good at it, it would suck if they got injured and they had to find someone else to do it. Kinda odd at first but it makes a ton of sense

Amazing how high the standards for holders are. One bad hold and you go down in infamy for it.

@@mr.gentlezombie8709 the worst thing about it was the 2006 rule where field goals had to used unused, new balls that were smoother. It only lasted in 06 because of the bobbled snap plus lower field goal percentages for the nfl. It was just a dumb rule all together.
I always find it mad that teams have players whos job is to literally "long snap" or "hold" the ball. However, although it looks simple i bet its really easy to screw up.
I was the holder my junior year in high school. We practiced extra points every night in practice and I got really good at it. However, we didn't have a reliable kicker. So in 9 games, we attempted 0 kick conversions and 0 field goals.

Honestly, from job seekers perspective, NFL is good. It offers much position to fill. From holder, kicker, field kicker, punter, and any others position, including mic'd up personel.
The football (soccer US) only have 25 players. NFL 53 players, not including reserved/practice squad which doubled it 😁
Sadly, NFL only blooming in US and only suitable for US culture.
