Ykw if pildo never died. She probably wouldn’t have ever killed Choi mujin. It’s the lonely rage that pushed her her whole life after her father died. And she never had someone wholesome who loved and supported her since then (or they weren’t shown) but now since she gained support and a companion it probably would’ve softened her up to move on. Or pildo would’ve encouraged she’d get the police’s help or something.
True. His death gave her the conviction she needed to finish the job. Choi Mujin knew that too. All he wanted was for her to come to him so that either he’d die or she’d die. But instead she decided to go back to the police. She betrayed him by doing that. By killing Pildo, Choi made sure she’d return to him instead.

So the nurse wasn't in the gang she's a drug addict and Jiwoo help her putting her on her side so she can throw up instead of choking on her vomit so the nurse wanted to replay her by giving her keys to her car to escape. You guys are right they should've show the Captain talking to the other cops and some how cover up her crime and say she was working undercover like her dad off so she's not wanted.
Jiwoo fighting through the penthouse was like a game with different levels. Each time getting harder & harder. That last guy (before Choi Mujin) was on a whole other level!!
Jiwoo went through hell twice. Pildo was literally her last hope of humanity and she lost him to the same monster who killed her dad. She’s a monster in the making for the past few years, and the fact that her last hope of humanity was lost, she was ready to be the “monster” no matter the consequences.
Considering how much y'all seem to be liking the darker kdramas I definitely recommend 1. *D.P* (6 episodes on Netflix) 2. *Sweet home* (10 episodes, literally watched the whole show twice in a row 'cause I was stuck at my grandparents with no wifi and didn't get bored of it. I absolutely love this show, everything is perfect except for the usage of Imagine Dragon's "warriors" one too many times in the soundtrack lmao. The korean ost is fire tho) 3. *Two Cops* (This is the lightest one on here, it's one of the first kdramas that I ever watched so I probably hold it in higher regard than I actually should but I enjoyed watching this with my brother and laughing a lot. The story is still really good though and the action scenes are super fun too, it just contains a lot more comedy elements. It's about a cop and a conman who switch bodies and have to work together to solve who actually committed the crime the conman is accused of. ^^ ) 4. *Move to Heaven* (10 episodes, Netflix) this is more of a healing drama. It’s in my top three with My Name and D.P this year. The characters are amazing and quite a few of the episodes made me, a pretty emotionless rock, cry my eyes out. 5. *Extracurricular* (10 episodes on Netflix, be prepared to strongly hate some of the characters here. They're written like that on purpose but my goodness at some points I wanted to jump through the screen and kick some sense into some of them. That's kind of what makes it so good though... and the storytelling, cinematography, acting and dialogue are all really well done) Other good shows (idk if all of these are on Netflix or not but you can probably find them on _Viki_ ) include: *Signal* , *Innocent Defendant* , *Strangers From Hell* , *The Guest* , *Taxi Driver*, *Save Me*
These are all really good dramas! Personally I recommend Save me, as its been in my top 3 of kdramas since its release. However its a traumatizing show, so just beware of that. Another drama I love is Youth of May. However it's more of a melodramatic romace drama that tells a tale about the Gwangju surprising in 1980s.

It touches a lot of important topics and issues in SK, especially regards bullying and cults. And I feel like you'd mix up reality and the drama less if youre filming and reacting to it with ur peeps.

I actually believe that choi mujin didn't want to kill her after all that happened between them. i mean he could've killed her the moment she steps into the room, he has the upper hand but still he fought with her. i believe that choi mujin really did wanted to die, he just want someone to do it for him and that is Jiwoo. So many mixed emotions, the way they ended it and showed Jiwoo's life after everything. That closure is a must!! I like how things ended but not the death of Pildo bcs that is just not fair. Overall, I really like this show!!
i agree with you. when i pay attention to the details, i can see that he loved jiwoo like his own daughter till his last breath. his expressions and eyes portrayed loving jiwoo was very obvious. he’s a great actor.

I love the show and I love your reactions! Choi Mujin (real name Park Hee Soon), My God, I know he's a monster, evil and all that but he's a character I can't really hate. you can see the dilemma he faced and his twisted logic but I still love him anyway lol His scenes are perfect, even when he's about to die, he still looks fine and the charisma is still lit. A great actor. He's too fine for a 51 yo man tho. hoho And Han So Hee, I never liked her before, but her character in this drama changes my whole perception of her. She's still young and already a versatile, she loves to challenge herself with total different kind of characters and I love it. It's not boring and makes you curious about what she's going to do next! Tbh, I really love My Name for the story, cast, fight scenes, soundtrack, roller coaster emotions, literally for everything, to me it's just perfect, best kdrama in 2021 IMO. Next, if you're still excited watching K-dramas, I'd love to recommend D.P, Extracurricular, Signal, Taxi Driver, Vincenzo (ooh and the list goes on, lol) or movie Parasite, I Saw The Devil (the actor played Front Man in Squid Game) Or Alice in Borderland, it's a J-drama but it has similar vibes to Squid Game. I swear once second you feeling elevated that they found each other and the next the abruptness of it the way the music keeps going on but everything is in stand still ,, i literally had to freeze the screen thinking no way
The nurse that helps her is the one who was about to OD on drugs earlier in the beginning of the series. She saves her so she feels like she owes her life. The nurse is not part of the gang. She just happened to be a junkie.
The Villainess is a way better piece of entertainment than what my name ended up being in my opinion, my name was just ok for me. The show had some flaws in a few areas that kept it from being a good show to me. The story felt choppy at times in particular when it came to putting certain parts of the main plot points together with the rest of the story, and I don’t know if that was intentional or unintentionally done to tell the story in that way or did they make a mistake in the editing process. The actors were all great along with their performances, my only criticism is in some of the major fight scenes that involved Han So Hee aka Ji Woo just felt way too choreographed especially if you look at it from certain angles you can definitely pick out the half punches and have kicking when it’s happening. In the end the show was still entertaining I just think the show could’ve been so much better if it didn’t have so many holes in my opinion.
Korean Dramas like my Name are fire, next i recommand: Strangers from Hell , Extracurricular, Sweet Home, D.P and (Save me) 😏 These are also short Korean Dramas on Netflix

I loved this show. Thanks to this series I found you guys. I loved your reaction to it. I want another season but it all kind of all wraps up. If they did another season I’d like to see Ji-Woo try to find Pildo’s Sister killer since he never was able to find him/her and it would help Ji-Woo redeem herself for being the reason Pildo died.
Omg, after re-watching this show I realized something even more profound. 🤯 Choi always goes by the principle that any traitors gets killed (In her case, Choi is the one who betrayed her), no matter who it is. He gave Jiwoo a chance to fulfill that after joining the gang. When Jiwoo decided to join hands fully with the police force, he felt betrayed again. Ditching that PRINCIPLE symbolizes that she's betraying the gang. Killing Pildo forces her to keep the gang's mantra of killing her traitor which Choi was able to fulfill -- somewhat making her CONTINUE to be part of the gang. I truly believe that Choi allowed her to kill him especially after he removed the rest of the bullets. He knew that pulling the trigger will only fire blanks and Jiwoo will have a chance to finish him. He's depressed as hell after feeling betrayed all over again (tho' it's not Jiwoo's fault).

I swear once second you feeling elevated that they found each other and the next the abruptness of it the way the music keeps going on but everything is in stand still ,, i literally had to freeze the screen thinking no way
The nurse that helps her is the one who was about to OD on drugs earlier in the beginning of the series. She saves her so she feels like she owes her life. The nurse is not part of the gang. She just happened to be a junkie.
This drama reminds of the movie “The Villainess”. Highly recommended for an action packed movie plus kim ok vin was sooo good in it.

The Villainess is a way better piece of entertainment than what my name ended up being in my opinion, my name was just ok for me. The show had some flaws in a few areas that kept it from being a good show to me. The story felt choppy at times in particular when it came to putting certain parts of the main plot points together with the rest of the story, and I don’t know if that was intentional or unintentionally done to tell the story in that way or did they make a mistake in the editing process. The actors were all great along with their performances, my only criticism is in some of the major fight scenes that involved Han So Hee aka Ji Woo just felt way too choreographed especially if you look at it from certain angles you can definitely pick out the half punches and have kicking when it’s happening. In the end the show was still entertaining I just think the show could’ve been so much better if it didn’t have so many holes in my opinion.

I loved this show. Thanks to this series I found you guys. I loved your reaction to it. I want another season but it all kind of all wraps up. If they did another season I’d like to see Ji-Woo try to find Pildo’s Sister killer since he never was able to find him/her and it would help Ji-Woo redeem herself for being the reason Pildo died.

Omg, after re-watching this show I realized something even more profound. 🤯 Choi always goes by the principle that any traitors gets killed (In her case, Choi is the one who betrayed her), no matter who it is. He gave Jiwoo a chance to fulfill that after joining the gang. When Jiwoo decided to join hands fully with the police force, he felt betrayed again.
Ditching that PRINCIPLE symbolizes that she's betraying the gang. Killing Pildo forces her to keep the gang's mantra of killing her traitor which Choi was able to fulfill -- somewhat making her CONTINUE to be part of the gang.
I truly believe that Choi allowed her to kill him especially after he removed the rest of the bullets. He knew that pulling the trigger will only fire blanks and Jiwoo will have a chance to finish him. He's depressed as hell after feeling betrayed all over again (tho' it's not Jiwoo's fault).
