Thank you for this reading. Jane English's writing is a very reasoned and thoughtful presentation of the issue of abortion. It gives one much to consider. However, she seems to miss a very important aspect of the issue, the agency of the mother of the fetus. Her analogies of self defense are inadequate because they don't include agency. A woman who becomes pregnant, other than in the case of rape, is not facing an attack for which she has no personal responsibility. Her actions, and the father's, are directly responsible for the fact that she is pregnant. Any moral or ethical evaluation of the subject of abortion is not complete without taking this into consideration.

You do a really great job reading these. The sound quality is great, your pacing is smooth, and your speaking is very clear. Great job and thanks again.

My new favourite channel! Also, thank you for not putting ads on these videos. I love listening to them while I’m away from my device, and I can’t skip ads from my headphones.
Do you intend on reading more contemporary works - and potentially branching away from philosophy?

      Thank you.
I plan on expanding, adding more books (in areas other than philosophy as well, although I am most comfortable with reading philosophy). I would also like to get volunteers to submit their recordings as well, so as to build up a library of freely-available audiobooks (I've been back and forth with a few interested individuals, and have already uploaded one such video).
