I thought Earl Holliman had passed away years ago... My favorite memory of him is from the movie "Forbidden Planet" when he gets Robby the Robot to make all the booze... Thanks for all the great videos and Happy New Year!...🥳
@Driveby480 Thank you very much! I was thinking about Earl in Forbidden planet too. I rewatched it about a month ago. Thanks again for you generous gift.
Roman Gabriel passed away last April. I grew up an LA Rams fan in the 60's and he was my only true sports hero. It broke my heart when he was traded to the Eagles.
Bil Walton was a local legend here in San Diego, California. I got the chance to meet him in person at The Holiday Bowl, where he was a celebrity guest.
Tick, tick for you and me, sir. I don’t think either of us are famous enough to live into our 90’s, but you are doing good work in memoriam. I have dined out on some of the bad behavior of several of these folks, but those stories will no longer pass my lips. They did enough to earn their rest.
You do not have to be famous to have longevity in this life it’s your heart THAT GOD JUDGES your comment is so humble sounds like you just might have a chance for a long time here in this life
Had most of the actors you did (tho u way more). Gena Rowlands? Richard Lewis add Robin Hood Men in Tights (loved the moving mole) 😂 Music - David Sanborn, Tito Jackson Sports - Dikembe Mutombo, Bela Karolyi Politics - Joe Lieberman, Ethel Kennedy, Dexter Scott King & last but not least the Founder of Famous Amos cookies Wally Amos.
Such was the influence of television 📺 on us, I clearly remember the Bill Hayes song about Davey Crockett from my childhood. I don't recall much about Davey himself, other than being concerned about a man with what appeared to be a dead animal sitting on his head - he didn't even cut the tail off the thing! Oh well, that's what was passing through my mind, fifty years ago, here in Australia. Thanks for the memories.
So many but you did miss Greg Gimbel, a great sports caster for years. I keep saying 😢😮people die in threes. Well Olivia hussey, then greg gumble and Jimmy Carter. Hey that is eerie to me. I always seem to wait when i hear a famous person has passed and wait for two more and it happens alot to me. So sad, especiallly dying so young. Also Happy new year. I am glad i found your channel.
must admit that a lot of these people i have no idea who they are. however with your voice and cadence does the passing of them admirable. You have MANY!!!! That was a well done list, Steve. 😢 Amazing to see how so many lived to a ripe old age. And others left us way too soon. 🙏 Hope to see you in 2025, Steve.

Well done video Steve! One other person is Charles Dierkop, I found it notable because that makes two Policewoman cast members that passed in 2024. I look forward to watching your videos in 2025- Happy New Year!
It's quite a coincidence that the two actors who played Roman Brady (albeit one wasn't really Roma as it turned out) passed away last year). Deidre Hall was certainly lucky to have had two handsome leading men/TV husbands.
While Carter can't be totally blamed for all that went wrong, he was the man in charge@that time. We had double digit inflation, double digit interest rates (if you could get a loan@all) & the economy was stagnant. Hence the expression "stagflation." Final killing blow was the chaos in Iran.

I think TCM started this? I've been following TCM Remembers, along with a few others, for a while and now you have one, thanks Steve. Did you vote for Carter the second time? David Soul was most memorable to me in the Salem's Lot mini series and his brief career as a singer. I totally had the hots for Teri and Olivia Newton John, hard to see the women I've lusted after leave the planet. I didn't know Phil was married to Marlo, player had game. Lewis has looked like he's barely hanging on for a long time. I think Lewis peaked on Curb, pretty cool to peak at the end of your life, in your old age. I was genuinely saddened by the death of Frank Fritz, 60 is way too young. I've heard they are going after Liam's babysitter for not keeping a better eye on him, I think his death was suicide. Liam got his big break on X Factor UK, he was only 16 at the time. Another starry eyed kid who discovered that fame would not bring him the sense of self he sought.Payne had the fatal flaw of all addicts who can't quit, he felt sorry for himself. O'jay died a lonely man; I've always had mixed feelings about Nicole Brown Simpson because my sister knew her housekeeper and supposedly Brown was an awful human being. Sounds like her and O'jay deserved each other. Morgan Spurlock's goal was to become famous, a dangerous goal. Spurlock was a raging alcoholic, he had a tough time personally and professionally in the last decade of his life. I was surprised to hear of Spurlock's early demise. I used to occasionally see Bill Walton at the gym, super nice guy, a generous and kind man. Martin Mull died on my birthday, I remember him most for his role on Mary Hartman, funny dude. There is a guy whose entire podcast was dedicated to Richard Simmons sightings and gossip because Simmons was off the radar for the last part of his life, remaining in seclusion from February 14th, 2014 until his death this year. I've heard that Chuck Woolery looked like he was forty when died and will be buried next other immortals like Dick Clark. Poor Toby.
Jesus is the only way into Heaven. Not Allah. Not Buddah. Ask Jesus into your life. Cleanse you from ALL unrighteousness. Make Him your Lord & your Savior. One day, YOU will go to Heaven. Amen.
