@itzkeltzzif i had to guess the reference, Jacob and Esau are probably the worst characters to get good runs on, so most if the time you are purposely restarting, hence the item that represents restarting

They aren’t bad at all, but are really difficult to juggle runs with because of needing to share items between them both. The joke is still how often you’ll be restarting with them if you can’t work with the run you’re given
My brother literally did a 30 minute rageroast on apollyon today, explaining to me why he doesn t make sense , at some point it was just really funny , but in the end i feel like everything ,,bad,, in isaac is just a skill/brain issue , except for Bobs brain , stay away from me as long as i don t see hurts so good anywhere near ..hah, still a brain issue lol , i should really try to not stay up this late my Humors broken af
