I think YZNSA might just be the scariest Pharah player in Overwatch history. If anyone remembers, YZNSA’s Pharah was a legit threat in GOATS meta. It makes me remember the OWL game where the team he was on played a hit-and-run Ball comp that stomped GOATS.

As a Cass main, I don’t have that much trouble with them. However, once you go up against an insane Pharah, it’s incredibly disheartening because you’re like “I’m supposed to shut them down but I can’t cuz they’re playing too well.”
And then there’s Yznsa who is probably 100 times better than them and that’s just gotta be awful

To all the people saying he needs the mercy, watch the final play of the match. His mercy gets sniped by dva and ana, yznsa goes in BY HIMSELF and kills the two enemy supports without dying. Man is a play maker. It’s a team game and obviously he is not playing alone but that doesn’t take away from his talent.
Yzna played for so long without a pocket and was really really good, but the mercy just pushed his ability over the edge

Some facts about the OWWC Saudi team
KSAA: Most of the seasons he's in the TOP 1 as tank.
YZNSA: He was always top 1 on the console at the time and people always told him “ he was great at pharah because there weren't great hitscan players on the console, and also that the top 500 on the console wasn't even close to the rank master On PC”, but I think in 2019 YZN started playing on PC, and since then it has always been in the top 1, and in the last season (season 4), he managed to achieve TOP 1 on EU, NA and Asia, “in EU it was occupying the first page with five accounts”.
Sirmajed: was TOP 1 as support last season
In 2019, YZN and Sirmajed were not allowed to play with the Saudi team in the World Cup because they were under 18 years old.

@@Sal1 Ladder top 1 doesn't mean that much tbh. For example we can see that KSAA isn't performing as well as Vestola. I'd say YZNSA is the core player of the team and they play around him. Whenever YZNSA was isolated out of the fight FInland killed the others. That's probably the best way to win against Saudi Arabia, force YZNSA out of the fight for a moment and ignore him
KSAA is a beast. Some think he isn’t performing well in this match but actually he was taking all enemies attention of YZN and healer. Going back and forth until Finland find out the strategy and then they ignored YZN and full focus on tank in the end. Well play from KSAA

The fact that Yznsa has managed to get several acounts to the top 10 on the leader board during one season, while everybody else struggles to get up one. And he does it by playing Pharah while almost everbody else plays hitscans, its just incredible.
Tbh, some other players like Dafran probably also can get 10 acc into top10, if they tryhard. But Dafran is doing t500 challange with different heros that he rarely played before.
Honestly, I prefer watching this casted as a VOD. Some of the replays are great. Flats is able to highlight amazing plays that most people would otherwise miss.

I just played some comp with my GF last night and we were running Pharamercy, it was no where near that level tho.

Team saudi arabia is basically twisted minds core + yznsa and sirmajed. Twisted minds is a contenders team that could beat multiple overwatch league no problem, add an owl support and yznsa on top of that and you got one of the best teams in the tournament. Im more suprised on how good finland looked, every map and submap was very close and the series couldve gone either way.
They barely beat New York Excelsior (a bottom 5 team), they got swept by Toronto Defiant (the USA but worst), and they cheesed 1 map from Houston Outlaws. I don’t think they are OWL level yet.

Flats comment about killer instinct is so true. Ive met some tanks and dps that are just shy. They don't push, they dont try and cap, they dont chase, they dont even hold good positions. And some players are actual killers. The difference is night and day.

support are the best role, all the support except mercy and lw are lethal if used properly. they do so much damage and have game winning cool downs and ults.

We only saw the mercy POV for a few seconds but it really bugs me they change the colour of the beam to the team colour. I know there’s an indicator of which they’re using but if you’re trying to watch the whole screen it’s annoyingb
The best world cup skin is the Tracer home skin. Its almost worth the 40 bucks. If i was a tracer main i would be highly considering it.
I just wish there were good moira skins. The only ones i like are the overwatch 2 default, sanfrancisco shock, and the blackwatch one.
New wicked skin is awesome in the OWL shop and I think her Banshee skin looks pretty sweet as well

He’s not as scary, his skill is insane but not the same level of mastery over every part of the character. And I’m not saying it’s not close but he’s just not as legitimately frightening even if he is far and away one of the best players we’ve ever seen on pharah.
He's insane! I started 6days ago and I just reached plat and I need some insight for aim on mnk (I never played fps on mnk before). Of course it gets better by simply playing but can something like aim lab help for faster improvement?

I was scrimming 4.6 today as tank for the first time since OW1, I had a match on Numbani where I took over 50k dmg over the course of the match including mitigated and dmg taken. Its wild, fortunately for me this is kinda how I play tank anyway. So as long as resources are being given to me I get to do my funny.
Though against reaper mei, I sleep. Frozen in place, walled off and told to go back to spawn. I have like 5 jobs per fight, and I feel like I might as well just go back to echo/tracer 2 tricking because on dps my impact is faster. My tank, or tank in general is so resource hungry that without them im effectively useless. Where as on DPS the opportunities are endless with a functional team.
I cant say I hate it entirely, but rn queen and doom are the only tanks where I consistently feel potential for plays and impact. On the other tanks it feels like my only purpose is tanking the universe.
I think they need to tune down the healing acrooss all supports, except zen maybe, and give tank another passive to recieve 50% more healing than other roles.

I think your wording is wrong, a support's role IS to enable a DPS especially a mercy. Just not sure you articulate your thoughts correctly here. Support, it's in the name. Individual skill is definitely there he does shine solo, but he also performs better with the mercy. Bit of a contradictory part of the video. Basically stating the support doesnt enable higher performance, but is required. Definitely some cognitive biases there.
SO as a lifelong pharah main let me inform you all about something. HITSCAN DOES NOT 'COUNTER' PHARAH. If you are playing against a pharah who literally just sits in the air then yes a character with no bullet travel time is easier to hit her. But real pharah players use the concussion mine for mobility and jump on you to end you. You know what really kills pharah? Resource management. If you are receiving constant boosts and healing (like from a pocket mercy) then you can much more easily shut down enemies. The same is inversely true since if they have a boost to make sure they can burst you down then you'll just die. So hitscan doesn't counter pharah, burst dmg due to resource management does. Is it easier to get that burst dmg on a pharah with hitscan? Sure. But the pharah can just adapt play to address it. Stop thinking that "I'm a hitscan I should be able to kill a pharah". This game is 100% resource management>skill.
with the widow nerf Im just waiting for more pharah play, not too much more but a noticeable amount

I think I just really enjoy watching Yznsa because I'm just so horrible at pharah. It reminds me of some of the other first person shooters with the helicopters that I could never pilot lol. His boop into rockets always just amaze me and when I do play pharah I try to do it and can land it every once in a while, but it is rare when i do haha.
