What a relaxing routine! I'm dealing with some tendonitis in my foot, so I've rest the last few days, and this was a perfect way to give back to my body.
This was wonderful! I wasn't sure if I was going to do the full 30 minutes when i started, but it was so good and it went to quickly, I stayed for it all and I'm glad I did! Thanks so much, Michelle!
This I definitely needed without much realization. Lots of tightness in my right hip, probably off alignment because of the way I sleep. I did a beach 5km run yesterday and felt it really tight on my right side. This stretch was AMAZING Michelle! Thank you ❤❤ You are amazing and everyone else joining in on this channel is amazing . Finding MB has been life changing. #fit in my 40's and counting 🙌🏻✨️😘
A beach run can really be hard on the body. Get that stretching and mobility work in when you can.. makes a world of difference in your day-to-day activities. 😘
It is not the first time that you come up with exactly what I need 🙏🏻 I fell yesterday and hurt my shoulder so in the next few days a lot of walking and stretching

I like to spend 3-4 nights for 20-30 minutes stretching to aid in recovery and to wake up not feeling stiff. A little goes a long way!😘👍
