Spot on thank you brother. Perseverance is key, nobody becomes the best overnight. It takes effort and a willingness to sacrifice. And yes, you must do that every day for a great amount of time, so you also need to be consistent. It's no good doing that for a day, a week or even a month, it needs to be years, in other words a lifestyle.
They say you don't lose weight by adding a portion of fruit to your diet, but in adjusting your diet entirely and over months. Yes a lifestyle change. Of course this can be built up to, after all, let's be real its hard work. So take that one little step, il swap one biscuit for a portion of fruit each day, next week I'll swap 2 and so on.
This can easily translate to bigger goals, I'll have one less coffee to save for that college course. I'll get up 10 min earlier this week, 20 next week to make time for that project.
Over time these little steps become big steps whilst proving manageable. As you begin to see the difference they make you'll want to engage with the process. Eventually you'll even enjoy the journey.
Keep running toward that finishing line brothers.

I have 4 months old baby, how can i think positive, what can i do without money, no matter how positive i think, the reality is i am not finding any way
Don’t give up …love that baby …consider watching a toddler to make extra money or doing laundry for others or cleaning something that allows you time with your child soon they will be in school and grown. I know people say it all the time but you will be thankful for the time you had …not saying pretend…times are tough and it’s definitely hard …you can and will get through 😊

I have an 11 year old daughter. She was born without a foot and wears a prosthetic leg. As a single parent life was extremely hard but I continued moving forward. At 19 I was a single mother sleeping on someone couch. Today I have my own appartment. I am still not where I want to be but I am so much closer to where I want to be. There is days that you just need to cry, take a long shower gather your thoughts and keep going. Enjoy every moment with your baby things will get better
