im doing all of these for 2 hours.. no matter what I do I cannot activate any back muscles... wtf is wrong with me? Ive worked out every single day for 2 months... I have gorrila arms and rhino legs.. swole chest and huge shoulders.. and zero back at all.. my back is limp as soggy ramen... im trying so hard.. i just did 2 hour back day.. pre work out.. and grit my teeth.. drenched in sweat and still limp unpumped back.. but my arms and shoulders are cooked.. what is going on.. this is dishearting... its ruining me... i cannot even do an assisted pull up... i menacingly copying your form exact... the bend.. the squeeze, direction all of it.. I cannot get even the slightest activation.. its been months of perfect diet.. perfect hydration.. and every single muscle group is getting freaky huge.. and back just limp like a 2 year old baby.... what gives... i do light weight... heavy weight.. i do warm ups... nothing is working and it makes me feel like i have som muscular disease in my back that prevents me from growing any muscle there... i beg you please help me...i did everything you did.. super slow.. i did them pause repped.. i did fast reps.. I've tried everything... i squeeze and all of that.. and nothing is happening...
Exactly. If you know what you are doing and how to work it, you can have a decently sculpted body with just some dumbbells and a foldable/adjustable bench.

Usually after a set you take a 30 sec - 1 minute breaks stretch and get ready during tht flow the blood better
