Q: When you premake a portion and set it aside, then finish baking when guests come….do you place the food in the fridge or leave out before you bake the rest? Mulled wine and small mince pies are a favorite of mine especially after being in England during Christmas. I just love your ideas for food and style regarding food prep and presentation. However , I really get into your ideas regarding organization. I was a nurse, ( am Traditional Catholic) for 23 years and organization is a must. However, I love to learn to improve myself. And you do have really great ideas. I did download our planner and a few other thing from your website. Thankyou for making it easy as to obtain this from you.
