OnePlus ke phone 4,5 saal aaram se chalte hai yehi soch kar invest kiya tha maine OnePlus 9R mai but within 8,9 months he pink line aagyi, free replacement b kar ke mila screen ka service center se 6 mahine barabar chala and fir se pink line aagyi aur ab service center wale kahe rahe hai 19,000 voucher milega screen out of stock hai.
They intentionally did it just by pushing an update. I did not update my phone for months knowing the fact that users are facing issues after update. But just 15 days before i updated it and just now i have got line in my 9R. They should have given value amount not that coupon so that we could go for other phones. Oneplus is scamming us. Will use it with green line untill it works but will never spend a single penny buying any phone of OnePlus again. They took scamming to the next level. Also, the value they are offering for 128/256 is same but when we buy a new product with additional storage they charge 4/5 K extra. They are robbers

I would like to share about OnePlus brand! So yes that true OnePlus is offering life time screen replacement and repair service but surprisingly tere are no screens or display available in the market so there's no use of the life time free service. On the other hand in the voucher as we can see on OnePlus 10r there is additional discount of 4500 is given. It's bcoz i thinks the sale of 10r is very poor bcoz 10r should be an upgrade of 9r but seems like 10r is a downgrade of 9r as well as 8t. Plus there is no alert slider in 10r which make it worst as OnePlus is known for the "OnePlus alert slider " thing! Camera optimization & quality is poor. And there are so much disadvantage of 10r that is the reason they have given extra 4500rs for discount on 10r. Seriously OnePlus was a brand earlier now its just like oppo vivo realme. So much disappointed!

Firstly oneplus was a status symbol and jabse oppo ke saat merge hua hain oneplus ka value gir gaya hain society mei.... Bcos humlog ek oppo vivo ke naam lete they low budget phones ke liye.... And now trust issue.... Yeh green line and pink line issue hone ke wajah se trust bi chala gaya and customer service pe jo behavioir uske baad tho aur bi......
